本实用新型涉及一种角座阀,特别涉及一种使用寿命较长的高温角座阀。
背景技术
现有的角座阀缸体1内弹簧所用的弹簧托垫8,9结构为简单的圆环状垫片,参考图1、图2和图3,位于弹簧和缸体内腔顶部以及弹簧和活塞6之间,只能防止弹簧7轴向端面与缸体内腔底部和活塞6上端面直接接触摩擦而导致的弹簧防腐层破坏,但是对弹簧的使用来说,在径向上没有一个限位的功能,随着使用次数的增加,弹簧会有一定的位移,会导致弹簧外径与缸体内壁碰撞而破坏弹簧的外径防腐层,造成弹簧使用寿命下降,造成浪费,而且经常拆卸阀门更换弹簧,增加劳动量,影响正常工作的进行,也会降低阀门的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种高温角座阀,以达到减少对弹簧防腐层的破坏,提高阀门使用寿命,减少浪费的目的。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种高温角座阀,包括缸体和阀体,所述缸体和阀体之间为连接部,所述缸体顶部设有顶盖,所述缸体内设有阀杆、活塞和弹簧,所述阀杆固定于所述活塞中央,所述弹簧上端顶在所述缸体顶部,下端顶在所述活塞上,所述弹簧与所述缸体顶部之间设有上弹簧托垫,所述弹簧与所述活塞之间设有下弹簧托垫,所述上弹簧托垫与弹簧的接触面上设有一圈环形限位柱,所述下弹簧托垫与弹簧的接触面上设有两圈同心的环形限位柱。
通过上述技术方案,本实用新型提供的高温角座阀对弹簧托垫进行了改进,增加了限位功能,上弹簧托垫与弹簧的接触面上设有一圈环形限位柱,下弹簧托垫与弹簧的接触面上设有两圈同心的环形限位柱,这样弹簧上下两端均可以卡在环形限位柱上,在横向上有了定位,避免了长时间使用产生位移,与缸体内壁产生摩擦而造成的弹簧防腐层破坏,从而提高了阀门的使用寿命,减少了浪费。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本实用新型提供了一种高温角座阀,如图4所示的结构,该高温角座阀使用寿命长,弹簧与缸体内壁的摩擦少,对弹簧防腐层的破坏少。
如图4所示的高温角座阀,包括缸体1和阀体2,缸体1和阀体2之间为连接部3,缸体1顶部设有顶盖4,缸体1内设有阀杆5、活塞6和弹簧7,阀杆5固定于活塞6中央,弹簧7上端顶在缸体1顶部,下端顶在活塞6上,弹簧7与缸体1顶部之间设有上弹簧托垫8,弹簧7与活塞6之间设有下弹簧托垫9,参考图5,上弹簧托垫8与弹簧7的接触面上设有一圈环形限位柱10,下弹簧托垫9与弹簧7的接触面上设有两圈同心的环形限位柱10,弹簧7与上弹簧托垫8以及下弹簧托垫9的连接方式见图6,弹簧7在横向上有了限位,不会随着使用次数的增加产生位移。
本实用新型提供的高温角座阀对弹簧托垫进行了改进,增加了限位功能,上弹簧托垫与弹簧的接触面上设有一圈环形限位柱,下弹簧托垫与弹簧的接触面上设有两圈同心的环形限位柱,这样弹簧上下两端均可以卡在环形限位柱上,在横向上有了定位,避免了长时间使用产生位移,与缸体内壁产生摩擦而造成的弹簧防腐层破坏,从而提高了阀门的使用寿命,减少了浪费。
