本实用新型公开了一种车用侧翻座椅，包括铰接在座垫上的靠背及控制所述靠背前后翻转折叠的手柄，在所述座垫底面通过侧翻装置铰接有固定支腿，在所述固定支腿上设置地锁装置，在所述座垫一侧铰接有与车身固定连接的支座，在所述座垫的另一侧设置有与安装在车身上的吊环配合使用的挂钩。本实用新型优点在于结构简单、操作方便、成本低廉、节省空间；当需要载货侧翻收起座椅时，首先旋转手柄使靠背自动回落到座垫上，然后拉解锁拉带使地锁装置自动解锁，侧翻座椅，将座垫上的挂钩挂入吊环中，最后折叠固定支腿即可；当需要载人使用座椅时，反向操作即可。

背景技术
目前车用侧翻座椅多为拉线式机构，使用时通过拉线控制进行翻转，实现座椅侧翻，但是这种侧翻座椅的结构复杂、成本高、易损坏，出现故障不易维修。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单，使用方便的车用侧翻座椅。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的车用侧翻座椅，包括铰接在座垫上的靠背及控制所述靠背前后翻转折叠的手柄，在所述座垫底面通过侧翻装置铰接有固定支腿，在所述固定支腿上设置地锁装置，在所述座垫一侧铰接有与车身固定连接的支座，在所述座垫的另一侧设置有与安装在车身上的吊环配合使用的挂钩。
所述地锁装置包括地锁及与所述地锁配合使用的锁扣，在所述地锁的末端设置有解锁拉带。
本实用新型优点在于结构简单、操作方便、成本低廉、节省空间；当需要载货侧翻收起座椅时，首先旋转手柄使靠背自动回落到座垫上，然后拉解锁拉带使地锁装置自动解锁，侧翻座椅，将座垫上的挂钩挂入吊环中，最后折叠固定支腿即可；当需要载人使用座椅时，反向操作即可。

如图1、2、3、4所示，本实用新型所述的车用侧翻座椅，包括铰接在座垫1上的靠背2及控制所述靠背2前后翻转折叠的手柄3，在所述座垫1底面通过侧翻装置铰接有固定支腿4，在所述固定支腿4上设置地锁装置，所述地锁装置包括地锁8及与所述地锁8配合使用的锁扣9，在所述地锁8的末端设置有解锁拉带10，在所述座垫1一侧铰接有与车身固定连接的支座5，在所述座垫1的另一侧设置有与安装在车身上的吊环6配合使用的挂钩7。

1.一种车用侧翻座椅，包括铰接在座垫（1）上的靠背（2）及控制所述靠背（2）前后翻转折叠的手柄（3），其特征在于：在所述座垫（1）底面通过侧翻装置铰接有固定支腿（4），在所述固定支腿（4）上设置地锁装置，在所述座垫（1）一侧铰接有与车身固定连接的支座（5），在所述座垫（1）的另一侧设置有与安装在车身上的吊环（6）配合使用的挂钩（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用侧翻座椅，其特征在于：所述地锁装置包括地锁（8）及与所述地锁（8）配合使用的锁扣（9），在所述地锁（8）的末端设置有解锁拉带（10）。
