本实用新型公开了一种轴承与压板连接结构,包括轴承(1)、卡簧(2)和压板(3),所述压板(3)压装于轴承(1)的外圈上,在轴承(1)的外圈与压板(3)之间设置卡簧(2),所述卡簧(2)为带有开口的圆环结构,卡簧(2)的内圆嵌入轴承(1)外圈外壁上开设的第一环槽(1a)中,卡簧(2)的外圆嵌入压板(3)内壁的第二环槽(3a)中。本实用新型结构简单,加工制作容易,通过一次压装即可实现装配,装配操作便捷、效率高,不仅连接的可靠性好,而且能大大降低生产成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种变速箱内轴承与压板之间的连接结构。
背景技术
变速箱内的传动轴通过轴承与箱体相支承,轴承一般由压板定位于箱体上。所述轴承与压板常规的连接方式,是在轴承与压板之间设置一个形状不规则的卡簧,该卡簧套装于轴承的外圈,且卡簧的外壁上设有三个凸包,各凸包卡入压板内壁对应设置的凹坑中。以上结构的不足在于:
1)卡簧形状不规则,并且卡簧上有三个形状复杂的凸包,一方面加工制作困难,另一方面,凸包的凸出量必须控制严格,凸出量过多,会增加卡簧与压板安装的难度,凸出量过少,压板安装的可靠性较差,有脱落的风险。
2)压板的内壁有三个形状复杂的凹坑,加工工艺复杂,会增加生产成本。
3)压板与轴承之间的装配工序多,装配操作较为繁琐,组装效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种易于装配、并且可靠性好的轴承与压板连接结构。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种轴承与压板连接结构,包括轴承(1)、卡簧(2)和压板(3),其关键在于:所述压板(3)压装于轴承(1)的外圈上,在轴承(1)的外圈与压板(3)之间设置卡簧(2),所述卡簧(2)为带有开口的圆环结构,卡簧(2)的内圆嵌入轴承(1)外圈外壁上开设的第一环槽(1a)中,卡簧(2)的外圆嵌入压板(3)内壁的第二环槽(3a)中。
采用以上技术方案,卡簧为规则的并带有开口的圆环结构,易于加工成型;轴承外圈及压板上供卡簧装配的位置均为环槽,一方面加工工艺简单,生产成本低,另一方面,通过一次压装即可实现压板、卡簧及轴承的装配,装配工序少,安装操作简单,能大大提高装配效率。装配到位后,压板与轴承之间连接可靠,卡簧起轴向限位的作用,以防止压板从轴承上脱落;同时,压板能相对轴承发生周向旋转,以便于压板与变速箱箱体上的安装孔对位。
为了方便选材、有利于加工制作,并使卡簧有足够的弹力,所述卡簧(2)由弹簧钢制成,截面为圆形。
作为优选,所述卡簧(2)上的开口宽度为3-9mm。
所述压板(3)由热轧钢板制成,这样加工容易,韧性及延展性好,既能降低材料成本,又有利于压装。
所述第二环槽(3a)的截面为“L”形,第二环槽将压板其中的一个端面贯通,这样加工制作非常便捷。
有益效果:本实用新型结构简单,加工制作容易,通过一次压装即可实现装配,装配操作便捷、效率高,不仅连接的可靠性好,而且能大大降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1、图2、图3所示,本实用新型由轴承1、卡簧2和压板3构成。其中,在轴承1外圈的外壁上形成有台阶面,该台阶面上开有第一环槽1a。所述压板3为三角形平板结构,并由热轧钢板制成。在压板3的中部开有圆形的装配孔,该装配孔的内壁开有第二环槽3a。所述第二环槽3a的截面优选为“L”形,第二环槽3a将压板3其中的一个端面贯通。
如图2、图3、图4所示,压板3通过装配孔压装于轴承1外圈的台阶面上,在轴承1的外圈与压板3之间设置卡簧2。所述卡簧2为带有开口的圆环结构,卡簧2上的开口宽度为3-9mm。所述卡簧2由弹簧钢制成,截面为圆形。卡簧2的内圆嵌入轴承1外圈外壁上开设的第一环槽1a中,卡簧2的外圆嵌入压板3内壁的第二环槽3a中。在卡簧2的作用下,压板3实现与轴承1的轴向限位,且压板3能相对于轴承1发生周向旋转。
尽管以上结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行了描述,但本实用新型不限于上述具体实施方式,上述具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的而不是限定性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的启示下,在不违背本实用新型宗旨及权利要求的前提下,可以作出多种类似的表示,如更改压板的形状或材质,或者改变轴承的类型等,这样的变换均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种轴承与压板连接结构,包括轴承(1)、卡簧(2)和压板(3),其特征在于:所述压板(3)压装于轴承(1)的外圈上,在轴承(1)的外圈与压板(3)之间设置卡簧(2),所述卡簧(2)为带有开口的圆环结构,卡簧(2)的内圆嵌入轴承(1)外圈外壁上开设的第一环槽(1a)中,卡簧(2)的外圆嵌入压板(3)内壁的第二环槽(3a)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承与压板连接结构,其特征在于:所述卡簧(2)由弹簧钢制成,截面为圆形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轴承与压板连接结构,其特征在于:所述卡簧(2)上的开口宽度为3-9mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轴承与压板连接结构,其特征在于:所述压板(3)由热轧钢板制成。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的轴承与压板连接结构,其特征在于:所述第二环槽(3a)的截面为“L”形。
