Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种微型滚珠轴承密封防尘装置,其由:外轮、内轮、定盖、密封圈,其特征在于:外轮上的防尘槽为梯形槽口,定盖为“Z”型,通过简单的手动压力机就可以很方便的将定盖压入到轴承防尘槽内,从而无需卡簧,使得工人的手触碰轴承机会变小,减少灰尘掉入轴承的可能性,很大程度上提高了轴承品质;因为少了一个零件轴承,生产效率上有很大的提高;定盖为一个整体,冲压模具一次成型,材料、模具成本较低;其结构中毛坯防尘槽的加工很容易,现有的毛坯生产厂家能批量的生产。

本实用新型涉及轴承制造领域,尤其是微型轴承密封技术领域。
背景技术
目前在国内微型轴承(830ZZ)制造行业中轴承的密封防尘盖结构和压入技术一直牵制着国产微型轴承的发展,830ZZ(外型尺寸8*4*3)的高端产品一直是被日本、台湾的所垄断。目前国内广泛采用的是活动式防尘盖,简称活盖(如图1),其在压入轴承防尘槽时用细小的卡簧固定。这种结构决定了需要专用压入活盖的自动化设备,目前只有日本、台湾拥有压入活盖的自动化设备,该设备价格昂贵,并且对还我国进行了技术封锁,所以国内生产基本都是靠人工操作。其生产的流程为:先将活盖放入轴承防尘槽口上,然后用卡簧将活盖固定在轴承防尘槽内,压卡簧时工人必须双手操作并且手要不停的翻转拿捏轴承,工人手上和外界的灰尘很容易钻进轴承里面进去,造成轴承内部摩擦不顺滑,带来噪音、损坏轴承滚道,影响了轴承的品质和寿命,产品合格率低,大概只有65%左右。其将防尘盖分为两个部分,活盖和卡簧,需要活盖和卡簧两个分立件生产,耗费材料和模具开发费用,而且毛坯防尘槽的加工很困难,稍有偏差就会导致活盖在防尘槽里面旋转。以上几点因素导致了国内像830ZZ这样的微型轴承品质得不到提升,很难形成规模生产,致使国内市场被国外产品垄断。
实用新型内容
针对活动式防尘盖(简称活盖)以上存在的诸多缺点,本实用新型微型滚珠轴承密封防尘装置,其由:外轮、内轮、定盖,其特征在于:外轮上的防尘槽为梯形槽口,定盖为“Z”型(如图2)。
生产时只需将定盖放入轴承防尘槽口,然后用专用模具通过简单的手动压力机就可以很方便的将定盖压入到轴承防尘槽内。定盖跟活盖相比有以下优点:
1、工人的手触碰轴承机会很小,减少灰尘掉入轴承的可能性,很大程度上提高了轴承品质,产品合格率达到85%以上,并且很稳定。
2、效率上有很大的提高。
3、定盖为一个整体,冲压模具一次成型,材料、模具成本较低。
4、毛坯防尘槽的加工很容易,现有的毛坯生产厂家能批量的生产。

微型滚珠轴承密封防尘装置,其由:外轮6、内轮7、定盖8,其特征在于:外轮6上的防尘槽9为梯形槽口,定盖8为“Z”型,安装时只需将定盖8放入轴承防尘槽口,然后用专用模具通过简单的手动压力机就可以很方便的将定盖8压入到轴承防尘槽9内。
