背景技术
目前，市面上工程机械行业中的叉车属具领域，在各种搬运行业，当叉车叉取托盘上的货物时，因托盘的大小规格各一，需要经常叉取不同规格的托盘时,非常不方便，需要事先调试。
发明内容
针对上述问题，提供一种可调节调距叉，只需要通过叉车司机操作叉车手柄即可实现货叉叉取不同规格的托盘。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的以下技术方案：
一种可调节调距叉，由标准侧移器总成（1）、卡座组件（2）、阀体（3）、螺栓（4）、过渡接头（5）、调叉油缸（6）、硬管组件（7）、连接座（8）、导向杆（9）组成，其特征在于：所述阀体（3）、硬管组件（7）与过渡接头（5）连接实现油路的相通，阀体（3）与导向杆（9）之间利用螺栓锁紧结构。
本实用新型的工作原理是：
在侧移器的基础上，通过四个螺栓连接即可增加货叉整体调节，实现货叉 的灵活调距。1、利用两根调叉油缸的相对运动，通过调叉油缸上的节流阀装置，实现同步张开夹紧。2、利用中间的阀体、硬管组件、过渡接头等连接实现油路的相通。3、通过货叉卡座组件，利用两螺栓连接实现对货叉卡紧动作，保证在货叉调距过程稳定可靠。4、在货叉调距过程，利用导向杆的导向保证货叉运动更加顺畅与牢固。5、利用尼龙螺母连接于卡座与油缸头部，稳定可靠。6、阀体与导向杆之间利用螺栓锁紧结构，在油压频繁变换时，保证阀体与侧移架平行放置。
