Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，包括一扣合机构及一释放机构。其中扣合机构装设于一基座上，包括至少一卡钩可枢转至一释放位置及一卡扣位置，并于枢转至卡扣位置时可将一安全座椅卡扣于基座上，而于枢转至释放位置时可释放安全座椅。释放机构装置于安全座椅，至少包括一释放件及一拨块，拨块与卡钩彼此抵靠，并可经由释放件从远端驱动而将卡钩从卡扣位置驱转至释放位置而释放安全座椅。本实用新型的结构简化，操作方便，可降低组装成本，并使安全座椅于基座上的卡扣与释放动作确实而完全。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，特别涉及一种结构简化的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构。
背景技术
目前一般用于扣合安全座椅与基座的机构，由于构成组件太过细杂，因此组装比较费时，继而成为降低生产成本的障碍；另外，在扣合及释放操作时，还容易发生扣合不完全，或一边已经释放，另一边因机构故障而仍然卡住的问题，因此，造成使用时的不安与困扰。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述构成组件太过细杂的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简化的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构。
一种婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，包括：
一扣合机构，装设于一基座上，包括至少一卡钩可枢转至一释放位置及一卡扣位置，并于枢转至卡扣位置时将一安全座椅卡扣于基座上，而于枢转至释放位置时释放安全座椅；
一释放机构，装置于安全座椅；所述释放机构包括至少一释放件及一拨块，拨块与卡钩彼此抵靠，并可经由释放件从远端驱动而将卡钩从卡扣位置驱转至释放位置从而释放安全座椅。
优选的，所述安全座椅设有一固定杆供卡钩于枢转至卡扣位置时卡扣，使安全座椅得以卡扣于基座上。
优选的，所述拨块可枢转的套接于固定杆。
本实用新型的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构尚包括一卡钩复位弹簧施加偏压于卡钩，使卡钩得以自动回到卡扣位置。
优选的，所述释放机构尚包括一连动件连接于释放件与拨块之间，使释放件得以从远端驱动拨块。
本实用新型的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构尚包括一弹性组件施加偏压于拨块，以保持拨块抵靠于卡钩。
优选的，所述扣合机构包括一对卡钩，而释放机构包括一对拨块分别与该对卡钩可滑动地抵接，并可藉由释放件从远端驱动而同时将该对卡钩从卡扣位置拨转至释放位置以释放安全座椅。
优选的，所述释放件透过一对连动件与该对拨块分别连动，使安全座椅的释放得以单手操作。
本实用新型的结构简化，操作方便，可降低组装成本，并使安全座椅于基座上的卡扣与释放动作确实而完全。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示，为一依据本实用新型的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构实施例，包括一扣合机构3及一释放机构4。
其中扣合机构3装设于一基座2上，包括至少一卡钩31可枢转至一释放位置32及一卡扣位置33，并于枢转至卡扣位置33时将一安全座椅1卡扣于基座2上，而于枢转至释放位置32时释放安全座椅1。
释放机构4装置于安全座椅1，至少包括一释放件41及一拨块43，拨块43与卡钩31彼此抵靠，并可经由释放件41从远端驱动而将卡钩31从卡扣位置33驱转至释放位置32而释放安全座椅1。
安全座椅1可设有一固定杆35供卡钩31于枢转至卡扣位置33时卡扣，使安全座椅1得以卡扣于基座2上，而拨块43可枢转的套接于固定杆35。
较佳者，可令扣合机构3再包括一卡钩复位弹簧34，藉以施加偏压于卡钩31，使卡钩31得以自动回到卡扣位置33。
在释放机构4中，可设一连动件42连接于释放件41与拨块43之间，使释放件41得以从远端驱动拨块43，并且可增加一弹性组件44施加偏压于拨块43，以保持拨块43抵接于卡钩31。本实施例的连动件42可为一挠性件，如钢索或塑料条。
扣合机构3可包括单一卡钩31或一对卡钩31。相对地，释放机构4亦可包括单一拨块43或一对拨块43分别与对应的卡钩31可滑动地抵接，并藉由释放件41从远端同时驱动而将所有卡钩31从卡扣位置33拨转至释放位置32以释放安全座椅1。本实施例的释放件41透过一对连动件42与两拨块43分别连动，使安全座椅1的释放得以单手操作。
如图5所示，当操作者欲解除安全座椅1与基座2之间的扣合状态时，可以单手驱动释放件41，经由连动件42驱转拨块43使卡钩31转至释放位置32而释放安全座椅1，接着可从基座2提离安全座椅1。

Claims (8)

1.一种婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，包括：
一扣合机构，装设于一基座上，包括至少一卡钩可枢转至一释放位置及一卡扣位置，并于枢转至卡扣位置时将一安全座椅卡扣于基座上，而于枢转至释放位置时释放安全座椅；
一释放机构，装置于安全座椅；所述释放机构包括至少一释放件及一拨块，拨块与卡钩彼此抵靠，并可经由释放件从远端驱动而将卡钩从卡扣位置驱转至释放位置从而释放安全座椅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，其特征在于，所述安全座椅设有一固定杆供卡钩于枢转至卡扣位置时卡扣，使安全座椅得以卡扣于基座上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，其特征在于，所述拨块可枢转的套接于固定杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，其特征在于，尚包括一卡钩复位弹簧施加偏压于卡钩，使卡钩得以自动回到卡扣位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，其特征在于，所述释放机构尚包括一连动件连接于释放件与拨块之间，使释放件得以从远端驱动拨块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，其特征在于，尚包括一弹性组件施加偏压于拨块，以保持拨块抵靠于卡钩。
7.根据权利要求1所述的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，其特征在于，所述扣合机构包括一对卡钩，而释放机构包括一对拨块分别与该对卡钩可滑动地抵接，并可藉由释放件从远端驱动而同时将该对卡钩从卡扣位置拨转至释放位置以释放安全座椅。
8.根据权利要求7所述的婴童安全座椅与基座扣合释放机构，其特征在于，所述释放件透过一对连动件与该对拨块分别连动，使安全座椅的释放得以单手操作。
