技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种炼钢连铸设备，特别是涉及一种内镶锆芯的快换座砖。
背景技术
钢包中的座砖是为了固定水口位置，并方便拆卸和安装水口使用。目前使用的水口座砖大多数为整体式结构，一般通过浇注方法形成制品。快换座砖与上水口用耐火泥结合后，在钢厂使用时快换座砖只能用20小时左右，就因快换座砖以及上水口的不耐侵蚀而被严重冲刷，迫使中间包下线，造成生产间断。随着钢厂炼钢技术的革新，钢厂对中间包的使用时间要求进一步延长。如何改进座砖的结构以提高中间包的使用寿命，是需要迫切解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题：提供一种内镶锆芯的快换座砖，该快换座砖能提高了座砖的使用寿命，有效保护上水口。

一种内镶锆芯快换座砖，包括座砖本体，所述座砖本体内设有座砖锆芯，所述座砖锆芯为中空结构。
其中中空结构的座砖锆芯上部为喇叭口状，下部为圆柱状。
所述座砖本体和座砖锆芯之间通过耐火泥粘接。

（1）本实用新型在快换座砖内部镶嵌进耐冲刷、抗侵蚀性的座砖锆芯，这种复合结构的座砖，使用时与内部设有锆芯的上水口砖配合，能大大提高座砖的使用寿命，并能有效保护上水口。改进后的座砖钢水的冲击点降低，有效减缓了钢水冲击力度，座砖使用寿命由原来的20h提高到50h以上，减少了中间包的周转次数，节省人力、物力和财力，降低了生产成本。
（2）本实用新型结构简单，实用性较强，制造成本较低，具有较好的推广价值。

使用时可以将快换座砖与内部设有锆芯的上水口砖配合，能大大提高座砖的使用寿命，并能有效保护上水口。
