Abstract
本实用新型提供一种熄焦塔排放低温低压蒸汽综合利用系统,实现熄焦塔外排蒸汽中水和热量的回收利用及有害物质的净化,管道将熄焦塔排放90-100℃蒸汽引入换热器中冷凝生成30-40℃冷凝水和不凝气,换热器的冷却介质为除盐水;换热器出来的冷凝水和不凝气由管道送入气水分离器以实现冷凝水和不凝气的分离;气水分离器分离出的冷凝水进入中间水槽,中间水槽中的冷凝水进入水质净化系统,净化后的冷凝水补入工业水系统;气水分离器分离出的不凝气进入波浪式丝网除雾器捕集大分子颗粒和水滴并由水质净化系统净化的冷凝水冲洗后进入中间水槽,经过波浪式丝网除雾器的不凝气由引风机抽出后再经等离子电离装置无害化处理高空排放。

[0004]目前,在钢铁企业和独立焦化企业中,湿法熄焦工艺无论是作为干熄焦的补充装置,还是作为主要熄焦方式,仍被广泛采用。但是从熄焦塔排出的水汽温度在90-100°C,吨焦耗水量为0.4-0.5t,并含有大量粉尘、酚类、氰化物、硫化物等有毒物质,污染环境并浪费大量的水资源和热量。传统工艺一直未对其进行处理,现有技术仅赛鼎工程有限公司提出采用喷淋法除去外排水汽的粉尘(申请号:2011104532371),但是这种方法浪费更多水资源、无法回收热量、有毒物质进入废水,没有彻底处理。

[0006] 本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种熄焦塔排放低温低压蒸汽综合利用系统,实现熄焦塔外排蒸汽中水和热量的回收利用及有害物质的净化。

[0010] 本实用新型通过换热器将熄焦塔排放90-100°C蒸汽冷凝以获得冷却介质温度的提升,实现熄焦塔排放蒸汽中的热量的回收利用,达到节能降耗的目的。冷凝水进入水质净化系统,净化后的冷凝水补入工业水系统,实现水的循环利用,达到节约用水的目的。不凝气经等离子电离无害化处理后高空排放,避免废气对大气的污染。

具体实施方式
[0015] 如图1所示,一种熄焦塔排放低温低压蒸汽综合利用系统,管道将熄焦塔排放90-100°C蒸汽引入换热器I中冷凝生成30-40°C冷凝水和不凝气,换热器的冷却介质为除盐水。换热器出来的冷凝水和不凝气由管道送入气水分离器2以实现冷凝水和不凝气的分离。气水分离器分离出的冷凝水进入中间水槽3,中间水槽中的冷凝水进入水质净化系统4,净化后的冷凝水补入工业水系统,浓缩废水排入污水系统。气水分离器分离出的不凝气进入波浪式丝网除雾器5捕集大分子颗粒和水滴并由水质净化系统净化的冷凝水冲洗后进入中间水槽,经过波浪式丝网除雾器的不凝气由引风机6抽出后再经等离子电离装置7无害化处理高空排放。

[0018] 一种熄焦塔排放低温低压蒸汽综合利用方法,步骤如下:
[0019] I)熄焦塔排放90_10(TC蒸汽经换热器冷凝成30-40°C冷凝水和不凝气;
[0020] 2)冷凝水和不凝气经由气水分离器实现冷凝水和不凝气的分离;
[0021 ] 3 )分离出的冷凝水经由中间水槽后进入水质净化系统,净化后的冷凝水补入工业水系统;
[0022] 4)分离出的不凝气经由波浪式丝网除雾器捕集大分子颗粒和水滴并由水质净化系统净化的冷凝水冲洗后进入中间水槽;经过波浪式丝网除雾器的不凝气由引风机抽出后再经等离子电离无害化处理后高空排放。
[0023] 等离子电离是通过高压电形成的高压电场,有机气体在高压电场中电离、分解后生成无害的二氧化碳、水等。
[0024] 步骤I)中,换热器的冷却介质为除盐水。除盐水经由低温缓冲罐后进入换热器,由换热器出来的换热后的除盐水经由高温缓冲罐后用于工业生产。
[0025] 步骤3)中,水质净化系统为超滤系统或微滤系统。
[0026] 下面举例说明本实用新型,步骤如下:
[0027] I)在JNDK55-05型焦炉配套的湿法熄焦工艺熄焦塔顶捕集顶部及底部逸散的水汽;
[0028] 2)从熄焦塔捕集到的水蒸汽(55m3,95°C )通过换热器管层冷凝为水(35°C,30m3),壳层通除盐水(240m3,20°C)换热加热到80°C ;
[0029] 3) 35°C冷凝水和不凝气进入气水分离器进行气水分离;其中分离出冷凝水30m3、不凝气5m3 ;
[0030] 4)气水分离后冷凝水(35°C、30m3)进入中间水槽后进入水质净化系统,经超滤制得净化水(35°C、30m3)后补入工业水系统;
[0031] 5)不凝气(5m3)进入波浪式丝网除雾器,将气体中大分子颗粒和水捕集下来用处理后的35°C凝结水(间断,6h —次,每次3m3)冲洗后进入中间水槽,不凝气进入引风机;
[0032] 6)不凝气经引风机后等离子电离无害化处理后高空排入大气。
[0033] 和现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
[0034] I)可以回收熄焦蒸汽中的热量;通过熄焦蒸汽和冷却介质(一般是除盐水)的换热回收蒸汽中的热量,达到节能降耗的目的;
[0035] 2)废水净化;熄焦废气经换热后冷凝下来的冷凝水经净化装置(超滤、微滤等)净化后可以补充到工业水中,达到水循环利用的目的;[0036] 3)废气净化;不凝气经等离子电离无害化处理后排入大气,避免废气对大气的污染;
[0037] 4)通过本上述方法处理后,可以达到熄焦塔废水、废气零排放,热量完全回收。
[0038] 5)能显著改善焦炉操作环境,环保健康;
[0039] 6)工艺技术简单、操作方便。

1.一种熄焦塔排放低温低压蒸汽综合利用系统,其特征在于:管道将熄焦塔排放90-100°C蒸汽引入换热器中冷凝生成30-40°C冷凝水和不凝气,换热器的冷却介质为除盐水;换热器出来的冷凝水和不凝气由管道送入气水分离器以实现冷凝水和不凝气的分离;气水分离器分离出的冷凝水进入中间水槽,中间水槽中的冷凝水进入水质净化系统,净化后的冷凝水补入工业水系统;气水分离器分离出的不凝气进入波浪式丝网除雾器捕集大分子颗粒和水滴并由水质净化系统净化的冷凝水冲洗后进入中间水槽,经过波浪式丝网除雾器的不凝气由引风机抽出后再经等离子电离装置无害化处理高空排放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的熄焦塔排放低温低压蒸汽综合利用系统,其特征在于:除盐水经由低温缓冲罐后进入换热器,由换热器出来的换热后的除盐水经由高温缓冲罐后用于工业生产。
