本发明涉及一种焦炉煤气净化的方法,过程是:焦炉煤气通过初冷器用水间接冷却到300~500℃,脱水塔脱水至水含量5~10ppm进入焦油回收塔,冷凝析出液态焦油外排,进入液氨回收塔冷却到‑30~‑50℃析出液态氨外排,经过甲醇洗涤塔脱除杂质,洁净焦炉煤气进净煤气罐。焦炉煤气净化的装置包括初冷器、脱水塔、焦油回收塔、液氨回收塔和甲醇洗涤塔并依次相连。焦油回收塔和液氨回收塔分别与液态二氧化碳管路连接,焦油回收塔的塔底出口与焦油回收设备连接,液氨回收塔的塔底出口与液氨回收设备连接。本发明通过冷却、脱水、分离焦油和氨,再经甲醇洗涤过程,脱除煤气中的杂质及有害物质,扩大了清洁燃料的来源,有利于提高优质燃料的质量,减少大气污染。

[0008]本发明焦炉煤气净化的方法,通过冷却、脱水、分离焦油和氨,再经甲醇洗涤过程,脱除煤气中的杂质及有害物质,得到洁净的煤气用作生产LNG的原料,有效利用了焦化过程的副产焦炉煤气,扩大了清洁燃料的来源,有利于提高优质燃料的质量,减少大气污染。焦炉煤气净化的装置为实现焦炉煤气净化过程提供了设备保障。本发明流程简单,设备投资小,易于实施。

[0015]本发明焦炉煤气净化的装置如图1所示,包括初冷器1、脱水塔2、焦油回收塔3、液氨回收塔4和甲醇洗涤塔5。初冷器进料口与焦炉煤气管路连接,初冷器、脱水塔、焦油回收塔、液氨回收塔和甲醇洗涤塔依次连接,甲醇洗涤塔与净煤气罐连接。焦油回收塔和液氨回收塔分别与液态二氧化碳管路连接,焦油回收塔的塔底出口与焦油回收设备连接,液氨回收塔的塔底出口与液氨回收设备连接。脱水塔2为12层振动式筛板塔,甲醇洗涤塔为喷淋塔,装置设有甲醇再生设备和氧化钙再生设备。
[0016]本发明焦炉煤气的净化方法,过程是:700°C的焦炉煤气进入初冷器I用水间接冷却到400°C,:冷却后的焦炉煤气经脱水塔2脱水至水含量Sppm进入焦油回收塔3,用液态二氧化碳为冷却介质冷凝析出液态焦油,并汇集在焦油回收塔的塔底排放到焦油储罐。液态二氧化碳从塔顶喷淋与底部进入的煤气逆向接触,将煤气冷却到20〜50°C,此时煤气中绝大部分焦油以液态形式冷凝析出汇集塔底,小部分焦油形成雾状,由塔顶的电捕焦油器收集,二氧化碳气化后进入焦炉煤气中。脱除焦油后的焦炉煤气进入液氨回收塔4,以液态二氧化碳为制冷剂将焦炉煤气冷却到_40°C,析出液态氨并汇集在液氨回收塔的塔底收集排放到液氨储罐。脱除氨的焦炉煤气经过甲醇洗涤塔5,以甲醇为吸收介质,从塔顶喷淋与底部进入的煤气逆向接触,脱除尾气中的硫化氢、二氧化碳和微量焦油,洗涤后的洁净焦炉煤气进净煤气罐。洁净焦炉煤气用作生产LNG的原料气。由低温甲醇洗涤塔出来的富液甲醇,经过再生工段,分别回收硫化氢和二氧化碳,从而使甲醇循环使用。完成脱水和焦油回收过程后氧化钙进行再生,再生过程为脱水塔加热升温至380-500°C脱除焦油,在500°C以上时分解氢氧化钙回收纯净水蒸气,既回收氢氧化钙中焦油,又氢氧化钙再生成氧化钙,整个过程中不产生任何废水。

[0018]本发明焦炉煤气净化的装置如图2所示,包括初冷器1、脱水塔2、液氨回收塔4和甲醇洗涤塔5。初冷器、脱水塔、液氨回收塔和甲醇洗涤塔依次连接,甲醇洗涤塔与净煤气罐连接。焦油回收塔和液氨回收塔分别与液态二氧化碳管路连接,焦油回收塔的塔底出口与焦油回收设备连接,液氨回收塔的塔底出口与液氨回收设备连接。脱水塔2为12层振动式筛板塔,甲醇洗涤塔为喷淋塔,装置设有甲醇再生设备和氧化钙再生设备。脱水塔2的塔顶设有电捕焦油器6。焦炉煤气在脱水塔2中脱水的同时,加入冷却介质液态二氧化碳,将煤气冷却至IJ20〜50°C,使得煤气中绝大部分焦油以液态形式冷凝吸附在氧化钙上,小部分焦油形成雾状,由塔顶的电捕焦油器收集。
Claims (9)
1.一种焦炉煤气净化的方法,过程是:650〜750°C的焦炉煤气通过初冷器(1)用水间接冷却到300〜500 °C,其特征是:冷却后的焦炉煤气经脱水塔(2)脱水至水含量5〜1ppm进入焦油回收塔(3),用冷却介质冷凝析出液态焦油并汇集在焦油回收塔底外排,或焦炉煤气在脱水塔中脱水的同时,加入冷却介质冷凝析出焦油汇集冷却塔底外排;所述脱除焦油后的焦炉煤气进入液氨回收塔(4),以液态二氧化碳为制冷剂将焦炉煤气冷却到-30〜-50°C,析出液态氨并汇集在塔底收集外排;脱除氨的焦炉煤气经过甲醇洗涤塔(5),脱除焦炉煤气中的硫化氢、二氧化碳和微量焦油,洗涤后的洁净焦炉煤气进净煤气罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述焦炉煤气净化的方法,其特征是:所述冷却介质为液态二氧化碳;所述脱水的脱水剂为氧化钙,所述二氧化碳的粒径为1mm〜50mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述焦炉煤气净化的方法,其特征是:焦炉煤气水冷时产生副产水蒸气用于汽轮机发电或蒸汽动力源。
4.根据权利要求1所述焦炉煤气净化的方法,其特征是:所述甲醇洗涤塔(5)的操作温度-50 〜-60℃。
5.一种焦炉煤气净化的装置,包括初冷器(1)和脱水塔(2),初冷器进料口与焦炉煤气管路连接,出料口与脱水塔连接,其特征是:所述装置还设有液氨回收塔(4)和甲醇洗涤塔(5),选择设有焦油回收塔(3);所述脱水塔与焦油回收塔或液氨回收塔连接,液氨回收塔和甲醇洗涤塔连接,甲醇洗涤塔与净煤气罐连接;选择设有焦油回收塔时,焦油回收塔与液氨回收塔连接;所述焦油回收塔和液氨回收塔分别与液态二氧化碳管路连接,所述焦油回收塔的塔底出口与焦油回收设备连接,所述液氨回收塔的塔底出口与液氨回收设备连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的焦炉煤气净化的装置,其特征是:所述脱水塔(2)为12层振动式筛板塔。
7.根据权利要求5所述的焦炉煤气净化的装置,其特征是:所述甲醇洗涤塔(5)为喷淋塔。
8.根据权利要求5所述的焦炉煤气净化的装置,其特征是:所述装置设有甲醇再生设备和氧化钙再生设备。
9.根据权利要求5所述的焦炉煤气净化的装置,其特征是:所述脱水塔(2)的塔顶设有电捕焦油器(6)。
