背景技术
在很多设备上需要使用滑轮，特别是在一些狭小空间使用时，滑轮间布置的间隙很小，滑轮轴承一旦出现润滑不良，将很难实现滑轮轴承的再次润滑。一般是通过在滑轮轴上钻油道与轴承内圈油槽连接，将黄油嘴安装在滑轮轴侧面上，通过黄油嘴注油通过油道对轴承进行润滑，该方法需要在钢滑轮轴上钻孔，工序复杂，成本高，而且油道很长，需要拐两道弯才能到达轴承的润滑油口，油道的阻力大，普通黄油枪不能提供足够的压力将黄油挤入轴承油道。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种滑轮润滑装置，其结构简单，成本低，特别适宜滑轮并联安装且滑轮之间的安装间隙小，无法从轴承侧面注油等其他润滑方法无法满足条件的场合。 
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种滑轮润滑装置，包括滑轮体、轴承和滑轮轴，其中，所述滑轮润滑装置还包括安装在所述滑轮体绳槽中的黄油嘴，所述轴承安装在所述滑轮体内，在所述轴承外圈还设置有止动环，所述滑轮体通过轴承安装在滑轮轴上。 
在所述的滑轮润滑装置中，较好的是，所述滑轮体的绳槽中间开有沉孔油道，所述沉孔油道直通滑轮体内圈。 
在所述的滑轮润滑装置中，较好的是，所述轴承的左右两面设有防尘盖。 
本实用新型所述的滑轮润滑装置，其无需在滑轮轴上开油道，只需在工程塑料成型时设置油道，或者成型后机加油道，制造简单，成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，所述滑轮润滑装置包括滑轮体1、轴承3和滑轮轴6，以及安装在所述滑轮体1绳槽中的黄油嘴2，所述轴承3安装在所述滑轮体1内，在所述轴承3外圈还设置有止动环4，所述滑轮体1通过轴承3安装在滑轮轴6上。 
优选的是，所述滑轮体1的绳槽中间开有沉孔油道，所述沉孔油道直通滑轮体内圈。所述轴承3的左右两面设有防尘盖5，以防止灰尘杂物进入。 
其中，所述滑轮体1可以采用尼龙或高强度工程塑料制成，当滑轮轴承需要润滑时只需拨动滑轮体使黄油嘴露出，用黄油枪注入黄油，黄油即可通过油道穿过轴承润滑油孔进入到轴承中，对轴承进行润滑。

1.一种滑轮润滑装置，包括滑轮体(1)、轴承(3)和滑轮轴(6)，其特征在于：所述滑轮润滑装置还包括安装在所述滑轮体(1)绳槽中的黄油嘴(2)，所述轴承(3)安装在所述滑轮体(1)内，在所述轴承(3)外圈还设置有止动环(4)，所述滑轮体(1)通过轴承(3)安装在滑轮轴(6)上。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑轮润滑装置，其特征在于：所述滑轮体(1)的绳槽中间开有沉孔油道，所述沉孔油道直通滑轮体内圈。
