技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种泵，特别是涉及一种气动隔膜泵。
背景技术
气动隔膜泵是目前国内最为新颖的泵类，采用的是压缩空气为动力源，对于各种腐蚀性的液体以及带颗粒的液体、高粘度、剧毒等液体，能抽光吸尽。气动隔膜泵有四种材料：塑料、铝合金、铸铁、不锈钢。隔膜泵可以根据不同用户的需求可以用采用不同胶质。抽吸各种常规泵不能抽吸的介质。目前所使用的气动隔膜泵中间泵体一般体积较大，生产成本比较高，结构不紧凑，并且换气装置和进气装置结构复杂。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种气动隔膜泵。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是：气动隔膜泵包括两个隔膜腔、换气阀，排气罩和导阀。所述两个隔膜腔固定于换气阀的两侧；所述换气阀块包括气阀主体、圈，活动轴、密封塞子、换气阀块；所述圈，活动轴、密封塞子、换气阀块固定于气阀主体上；所述两个隔膜腔上设有塑胶垫片、套筒、鸭嘴阀和型圈；所述排气罩设有海绵、排气后盖、橡胶密封片；所述导阀上设有活动杆、垫圈、圈和间隔块。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单可靠，生产工艺简单，采用压缩空气为动力源节能环保不易泄漏能对各种强性的液体颗粒状固体进行输送并抽光吸尽。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。
如图1所示，气动隔膜泵包括两个隔膜腔1、换气阀2，排气罩3和导阀4。所述两个隔膜腔1固定于换气阀2的两侧；所述换气阀2包括气阀主体21、圈22，活动轴23、密封塞子24、换气阀块25；所述圈22，活动轴23、密封塞子24、换气阀块25固定于气阀主体21上；所述两个隔膜腔1上设有塑胶垫片11、套筒12、鸭嘴阀13和型圈14；所述排气罩3设有海绵31、排气后盖32、橡胶密封片33；导阀4上设有活动杆41、垫圈42、圈43和间隔块44。
隔膜腔1：在隔膜腔1的顶端依次放入塑胶垫片11、套筒12、鸭嘴阀13和型圈14。在隔膜腔1的下端依次放入套筒12、鸭嘴阀13、塑胶垫片圈11。左边隔膜腔1的装法与右边的一样。
换气阀2：圈22套在活动轴23上擦上润滑油。在密封塞子24上套上圈22将装好的活动轴23放入换气阀块25内，在盖上密封塞子24。在换气阀块25的背面放入正方形瓷块在放入长方形瓷块，盖上橡胶垫片。
排气罩3：将海绵31放入排气罩3内盖上排气后盖32。在装好的排气罩3上放人橡胶密封片33。
导阀4：1.在活动杆41上依次套入42垫圈、43圈、44间隔块、43圈、44间隔块、43圈、44间隔块、43圈、42垫圈。
在活动杆41的凹槽内装入橡胶圈然后放入隔膜泵主体，将装好的导阀5部件装入，两边放入型垫片装上卡簧，在活动杆41的两头依次装入垫片隔膜泵片把装好的隔膜腔1装在隔膜腔主体的两端，在上端装上管出口主体，下端装入带脚的管入口主体。

1.气动隔膜泵，包括两个隔膜腔、换气阀，排气罩和导阀；其特征在于所述两个隔膜腔固定于换气阀的两侧；所述换气阀块包括气阀主体、圈，活动轴、密封塞子、换气阀块；所述圈，活动轴、密封塞子、换气阀块固定于气阀主体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动隔膜泵，其特征在于：所述两个隔膜腔上设有塑胶垫片、套筒、鸭嘴阀和型圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气动隔膜泵，其特征在于：所述排气罩设有海绵、排气后盖、橡胶密封片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气动隔膜泵，其特征在于：所述导阀上设有活动杆、垫圈、圈和间隔块。
