Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种球阀，包括阀体、阀盖、球体、上阀杆、下阀杆、阀座、密封圈，球体安装在阀体内腔，密封圈镶嵌在阀座内，阀座与阀体之间通过O形圈密封，阀体内腔二侧装有阀座，阀座的背部设有台阶，阀座的台阶与阀体之间装有弹簧，阀盖安装在阀体之上。密封圈底部与阀座之间还安装有弹性密封垫，球体与上阀杆、下阀杆为一整体，上阀杆与阀盖之间装有滑动轴承，下阀杆与阀体之间装有滑动轴承。本实用新型的有益效果是采用了上装式结构，阀座、球体、密封圈等均从上部装入，检修时方便快捷。

[0002] 目前在使用在冶金、石化领域的高压球阀，一般采用三段式结构，即阀体两侧各装 有阀盖，阀体与阀盖之间通过螺栓螺母连接，在检修时需要将阀门从管道上拆下，将阀门解 体后才能更换密封圈等易损件，费工费时。另外检修时管道中的有毒有害介质易泄漏，对维 修人员造成伤害和对环境造成污染。
发明内容
[0003] 为了克服现有高压球阀采用三段式结构，检修时费工费时，且管道中有毒有害介 质易对维修人员和环境造成伤害及污染的不足，本实用新型提供一种球阀。
[0004] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种球阀，包括阀体、阀盖、球 体、上阀杆、下阀杆、阀座、密封圈，球体安装在阀体内腔，密封圈镶嵌在阀座内，阀座与阀体 之间通过0形圈密封，阀体内腔二侧装有阀座，阀座的背部设有台阶，阀座的台阶与阀体之 间装有弹簧，阀盖安装在阀体之上。

[0010] 如图1所示，一种球阀，包括阀体9、阀盖2、球体3、上阀杆1、下阀杆10、阀座6、密 封圈5，球体3安装在阀体9内腔，密封圈5镶嵌在阀座6内，阀座6与阀体9之间通过0形 圈8密封，阀体9内腔二侧装有阀座6，阀座6的背部设有台阶，阀座6的台阶与阀体9之间 装有弹簧4，弹簧4推动阀座6与密封圈5和球体3密封面接触，实现初始密封，工作时靠介 质压力实现自力式密封，阀盖2安装在阀体9之上。
[0011] 密封圈5底部与阀座6之间还安装有弹性密封垫7，球体3与上阀杆1、下阀杆10 为一整体，上阀杆1与阀盖2之间装有滑动轴承11，下阀杆10与阀体9之间装有滑动轴承 11，在启闭的过程中相对摩擦力矩小，启闭灵活。[0012] 阀盖2安装于阀体9之上，阀座6、球体3、密封圈5均可以从阀体9的上部装入， 检修时不需将阀门从管线上拆下，仅需打开阀盖2，将球体3取出即可方便地更换密封圈5、 0形圈8等易损件，维修方便快捷，且有效防止了有毒有害介质对环境造成的污染。

- 一种球阀，包括阀体、阀盖、球体、上阀杆、下阀杆、阀座、密封圈，球体安装在阀体内腔，密封圈镶嵌在阀座内，阀座与阀体之间通过O形圈密封，其特征在于：所述的阀体内腔二侧装有阀座，阀座的背部设有台阶，阀座的台阶与阀体之间装有弹簧，阀盖安装在阀体之上。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的球阀，其特征在于：所述的密封圈底部与阀座之间还安装有 弹性密封垫。
- 3.根据权利要求1或2所述的球阀，其特征在于：所述的球体与上阀杆、下阀杆为一整 体，上阀杆与阀盖之间装有滑动轴承，下阀杆与阀体之间装有滑动轴承。
