[0011] 密封圈5底部与阀座6之间还安装有弹性密封垫7,球体3与上阀杆1、下阀杆10 为一整体,上阀杆1与阀盖2之间装有滑动轴承11,下阀杆10与阀体9之间装有滑动轴承 11,在启闭的过程中相对摩擦力矩小,启闭灵活。[0012] 阀盖2安装于阀体9之上,阀座6、球体3、密封圈5均可以从阀体9的上部装入, 检修时不需将阀门从管线上拆下,仅需打开阀盖2,将球体3取出即可方便地更换密封圈5、 0形圈8等易损件,维修方便快捷,且有效防止了有毒有害介质对环境造成的污染。

  1. 一种球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、球体、上阀杆、下阀杆、阀座、密封圈,球体安装在阀体内腔,密封圈镶嵌在阀座内,阀座与阀体之间通过O形圈密封,其特征在于:所述的阀体内腔二侧装有阀座,阀座的背部设有台阶,阀座的台阶与阀体之间装有弹簧,阀盖安装在阀体之上。
