Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种串联式水箱冷却装置，包括连接在发动机上的排水管以及进水管，排水管以及进水管之间通过阀门连接着主水箱，主水箱的底部通过连接管连接着副水箱，副水箱以及主水箱的各个侧壁上分别设置着梳齿状散热片。本实用新型结构简单，可以在实际工作中进行主副水箱的串联和独立切换，既能提高水箱散热能力，又不影响发动机升温。

本实用新型涉及一种串联式水箱冷却装置。
背景技术
现有的拖拉机水箱冷却装置都采用一只水箱结构，在实际的使用过程中主要存在着水箱散热能力小散热效果不明显的问题，如若加厚水箱的容量又会引起水箱散热能力过大的问题尤其是在冬季又会影响到发动机升温。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种串联式水箱冷却装置，可以在实际工作中进行主副水箱的串联和独立切换，既能提高水箱散热能力，又不影响发动机升温。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种串联式水箱冷却装置，包括连接在发动机上的排水管以及进水管，排水管以及进水管之间通过阀门连接着主水箱，主水箱的底部通过连接管连接着副水箱，副水箱以及主水箱的各个侧壁上分别设置着梳齿状散热片。
当发动机在高温环境、低车速、低转速环境运行时，将本实用新型主副水箱串联起来进入强冷工作模式，能以最大能力为发动机提供冷却降温。当发动机在低温严寒季节工作时可以将阀门关闭，切断副水箱，从而保证发动机能较快的升温。通过这两种模式的工作，使发动机灵活良好的达到了在不同的工作环境下达到了发动机额定工作温度的要求。

具体实施方式
一种串联式水箱冷却装置，如图1所示，包括连接在发动机1上的排水管3以及进水管12，发动机1安装着散热风扇2，排水管3以及进水管12之间通过阀门11连接着主水箱4，主水箱4的底部通过具有阀门8的连接管6、9连接着副水箱7，副水箱7以及主水箱4的各个侧壁上分别设置着梳齿状散热片5。连接管9上安装着循环阀门10，用以切断副水箱7的循环管路。

1.一种串联式水箱冷却装置，包括连接在发动机上的排水管以及进水管，其特征是：排水管以及进水管之间通过阀门连接着主水箱，主水箱的底部通过连接管连接着副水箱，副水箱以及主水箱的各个侧壁上分别设置着梳齿状散热片。
