背景技术
目前，在一般的镜头装配过程中，均为手工装配。所镜头体积较小，分量较轻。但是在较大镜头的装配中，由于分量比较重，体积较大，因此，手工装配难度很大，装配的效率低下。尤其重型的镜头装配，手工装配已经很难实现。 
发明内容
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的镜头装配工装，它可为较大镜头的装配提供一个平台，能够根据需要装配镜片的镜头的实际需要做出高低调整。 
本较大镜头的安装工装装置是采用以下技术方案：它包含底座3、导柱2、导轨5、L型固定板1、手轮4和丝杆7；导柱2设置在底板的一侧，导轨5设置在底板的另一侧；L型固定板1设置在导轨5上，丝杆7设置在导轨中间并与L型固定板1的螺纹啮合，手轮设置在导轨顶部并与丝杆配合。 
L型固定板1垂直板背面通过导轨5、丝杆7及水平面上的直孔8通过导柱2上下移动，保证了L型固定板1的稳定移动。

具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。 
较大镜头的安装工装装置包含底座3、导柱2、导轨5、L型固定板1、手轮4、导套6和丝杆7；其中，L型固定板1可拆分为两个零件：L型板与导套6，焊接或螺栓连接。 
其中，导柱2、导轨5、丝杆7与底座3为焊接固定；导柱2、导轨5、丝杆7与底座3铆接固定；导柱2、导轨5、丝杆7与底座3螺栓固定。 
优选的，导柱2的数量应在两根以上，导轨5的数量也在两根以上； 
导柱2设置在底座3的一侧，且穿过L型固定板1水平台面上的光孔8，导轨5设置在底座3的另一侧，并穿过L型固定板1上的孔；
L型固定板1设置在导轨5上，丝杆7设置在导轨5中间并与L型固定板1的螺纹啮合，手轮4设置在导轨顶部并与丝杆7配合，通过搬动手轮4使L型固定板1上下移动。
需要安装N组镜片的较大体积重量的镜头，放置在L型固定板1的水平面上，然后搬动手轮4，当镜头移动至适当的安装位置时，将镜片安装进镜头的合理位置。 

Claims (6)

1.一种重型镜头的工装装置，包含底座（3）、导柱（2）、两根导轨（5）、L型固定板（1）、手轮（4）和丝杆（7）；
其特征在于：所述导柱（2）设置在底座（3）的一侧，穿过L型固定板（1）水平台面上的光孔（8）；所述导轨（5）设置在底座（3）的另一侧，穿过L型固定板（1）上的孔；在导轨(5)中间的均匀位置处设置丝杆(7)，丝杆(7)与L型固定板（1）上的螺纹啮合；手轮（4）设置在导轨（5）顶部并与丝杆配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的重型镜头的工装装置，其特征在于：所述L型固定板（1）可拆分为两个零件：L型板与导套（6），所述L型板与导套（6）焊接或螺栓连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的重型镜头的工装装置，其特征在于：导柱（2）设置至少两根。
4.如权利要求1所述的重型镜头的工装装置，其特征在于：导柱（2）、导轨（5）、丝杆（7）与底座（3）焊接固定。
5.如权利要求1所述的重型镜头的工装装置，其特征在于：导柱（2）、导轨（5）、丝杆（7）与底座（3）铆接固定。
6.如权利要求1所述的重型镜头的工装装置，其特征在于：导柱（2）、导轨（5）、丝杆（7）与底座（3）螺栓固定。
