背景技术
现在矿选作业常用的设备存在如下缺陷：一是选矿程序繁琐，效率低；二是分选程序复杂，分选效果不佳；三是设备复杂，故障较多。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单效率高的选矿装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下途径实现的：一种选矿装置，在机架上左高右低倾斜安装有分选筛筒，分选筛筒上方安装有高压冲洗喷头，该分选筛筒的筒体为连续安装的三节结构，分选筛筒筒壁上均匀分布有筛孔，从左至右三节分选筛筒上的筛孔直径由小到大；每节分选筛筒下方皆对应放置有接料斗，接料斗底部安装有振动器，接料斗斗内设有蛇形挡板；分选筛筒位置高的一端接入料斗，另一端封闭并通过转轴接减速机及电机，伸入分选筛筒筒内的转轴上安装有搅拌叶轮。

本实用新型选矿装置结构简单，运行成本低，区分效率高。是一种理想的用于区分矿物大小规格的装置。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型选矿装置，在机架7上左高右低倾斜安装有分选筛筒2，分选筛筒2上方安装有高压冲洗喷头11，该分选筛筒2的筒体为连续安装的三节结构，分选筛筒2筒壁上均匀分布有筛孔3，从左至右三节分选筛筒2上的筛孔3直径由小到大，用以区别不同直径的矿物；每节分选筛筒2下方皆对应放置有接料斗9，接料斗9底部安装有振动器5，接料斗9斗内设有蛇形挡板13，工作时，接料斗9内的矿物受振动器5振动，在通过蛇形挡板13时，异形矿物会被弹出接料斗9外；分选筛筒2位置高的一端接入料斗1，另一端封闭并通过转轴10接减速机4及电机6，伸入分选筛筒2筒内的转轴10上安装有搅拌叶轮12。
为了方便装置移动，在机架7底部安装有行走轮8。

1.一种选矿装置，其特征在于：在机架（7）上左高右低倾斜安装有分选筛筒（2），分选筛筒（2）上方安装有高压冲洗喷头（11），该分选筛筒（2）的筒体为连续安装的三节结构，分选筛筒（2）筒壁上均匀分布有筛孔（3），从左至右三节分选筛筒（2）上的筛孔（3）直径由小到大；每节分选筛筒（2）下方皆对应放置有接料斗（9），接料斗（9）底部安装有振动器（5），接料斗（9）斗内设有蛇形挡板（13）；分选筛筒（2）位置高的一端接入料斗（1），另一端封闭并通过转轴（10）接减速机（4）及电机（6），伸入分选筛筒（2）筒内的转轴（10）上安装有搅拌叶轮（12）。
2.如权利要求1所述的选矿装置，其特征在于：机架（7）底部安装有行走轮（8）。
