本发明公开了粉末物料打散筛分包装一体机,在旋振筛的一侧安装打散机,另一侧安装包装机,在打散机进料口上安装有进料仓,在旋振筛进料口上安装有调速卸料器和缓存料仓,在缓存料仓上安装有一级气动振动器,在缓存料仓的顶部设有一级真空上料机,在一级真空上料机与适配器之间连通有一级上料管,成品出口上用软管向下连接有接料吸料斗,在包装机包装器进料口上方设有包装供料仓,在包装供料仓上安装有旋转除铁器和成品缓存料仓,在成品缓存料仓的一侧安装有二级气动振动器,在成品缓存料仓的顶上安装有二级真空上料机,在二级真空上料机与接料吸料斗之间安装有二级吸料管,在两个真空上料机之间安装有真空泵,在打散机的一侧安装有全程控制装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及筛分设备,特别是一种适用于对石墨粉筛分时集打散、输送、筛分、输道和包装一次完成的粉末物料打散筛分包装一体机。
背景技术
目前,对石墨粉进行打散、筛分和包装时都是采用多台设备分别来完成,先将粉料打散、再送到筛分设备进行筛分、然后再送到包装设备进行包装。因设备分散布置,从打散设备到筛分设备再到包装设备,在各设备之间的物料输送难度较大,而且易污染环境,工作效率差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种占用场地少,不污染环境、能有效提高工作效率的粉末物料打散筛分包装一体机。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,它包括一台旋振筛、一台打散机和一台包装机,其特征在于:在旋振筛的一侧安装打散机,旋振筛的另一侧安装包装机,在打散机的进料口上安装有进料仓,在打散机的顶上安装有脉冲除尘器,在打散机的出料口上安装有适配器,在旋振筛顶盖进料口上用软管安装有一个调速卸料器,在调速卸料器上安装有一个缓存料仓,在缓存料仓的锥形外壁上安装有一级气动振动器,在缓存料仓的顶部设有一个一级真空上料机,在一级真空上料机与适配器之间连通有一级上料管,在旋振筛上设有废料出口和成品出口,在成品出口上用软管向下连接有一个接料吸料斗,在包装机的包装器进料口上方设有包装供料仓,在包装供料仓顶上用连接管安装有一个旋转除铁器,在旋转除铁器上经调速卸料器向上安装有一个成品缓存料仓,在成品缓存料仓的锥形壁一侧安装有二级气动振动器,在成品缓存料仓的顶上安装有二级真空上料机,在二级真空上料机与接料吸料斗之间安装有二级吸料管,在两个针孔上料机之间安装有一个真空泵,在包装机出料口上设有卡装机构,在包装机的外壁上安装有包装控制箱,在打散机的一侧安装有全程控制装置。
本发明将打散机、筛分机和包装机安装在一起,使整体设备在统一的电控装置控制下有序完成,具有占用场地面积少、工作效率高、不污染环境的优点。

结合附图详细描述实施例,它包括一台旋振筛17、一台打散机2和一台包装机30,在旋振筛的一侧安装打散机,旋振筛的另一侧安装包装机,在打散机的进料口上安装有进料仓3,在打散机的顶上安装有脉冲除尘器4,在打散机的出料口上安装有适配器5,在旋振筛顶盖进料口7上用软管12安装有一个调速卸料器11,在调速卸料器上安装有一个缓存料仓9,在缓存料仓的锥形外壁上安装有一级气动振动器10,在缓存料仓的顶部设有一个一级真空上料机8,在一级真空上料机与适配器之间连通有一级上料管6,在旋振筛上设有废料出口14和成品出口15,在成品出口上用软管18向下连接有一个接料吸料斗16,在包装机的包装器26进料口上方设有包装供料仓29,在包装供料仓顶上用连接管28安装有一个旋转除铁器27,在旋转除铁器上经调速卸料器24向上安装有一个成品缓存料仓23,在成品缓存料仓的锥形壁21一侧安装有二级气动振动器25,在成品缓存料仓的顶上安装有二级真空上料机22,在二级真空上料机与接料吸料斗之间安装有二级吸料管19,在两个真空上料机之间安装有一个真空泵13,在包装机出料口31上设有卡装机构33,在包装机的外壁上安装有包装控制箱32,在打散机的一侧安装有全程控制装置1。
其工作原理是,当结块物料通过进料仓进入打散机时,通过除尘器进行收集打散过程中的粉尘,打散后的物料通过打散机出料口落入适配器,通过一级真空上料机提升至缓存料仓,通过调速卸料器将物料匀速布料进入旋振筛进行筛分,筛分中不合格的物料从废料出料口排出,合格的成品物料从成品出料口排出流入接料吸料斗,再由二级真空上料机提成至成品缓存料仓,通过卸料器匀速布料至除铁器,经除铁器将物料内的含铁成分去除再进入包装机,通过包装机控制箱设定的包装重量称重包装,并定时启停包装机进行接料和送料。从物料的打散、筛分到包装都是在密封状态下进行,粉尘不会外漏,有效地保证不污染环境,将打散机、筛分机和装包机有序的安装在一起,并通过控制装置调控操作能有效地提高工作效率。

1.一种粉末物料打散筛分包装一体机,它包括一台旋振筛、一台打散机和一台包装机,其特征在于:在旋振筛的一侧安装打散机,旋振筛的另一侧安装包装机,在打散机的进料口上安装有进料仓,在打散机的顶上安装有脉冲除尘器,在打散机的出料口上安装有适配器,在旋振筛顶盖进料口上用软管安装有一个调速卸料器,在调速卸料器上安装有一个缓存料仓,在缓存料仓的锥形外壁上安装有一级气动振动器,在缓存料仓的顶部设有一个一级真空上料机,在一级真空上料机与适配器之间连通有一级上料管,在旋振筛上设有废料出口和成品出口,在成品出口上用软管向下连接有一个接料吸料斗,在包装机包装器进料口上方设有包装供料仓,在包装供料仓顶上用连接管安装有一个旋转除铁器,在旋转除铁器上经调速卸料器向上安装有一个成品缓存料仓,在成品缓存料仓的锥形壁一侧安装有二级气动振动器,在成品缓存料仓的顶上安装有二级真空上料机,在二级真空上料机与接料吸料斗之间安装有二级吸料管,在两个真空上料机之间安装有一个真空泵,在包装机出料口上设有卡装机构,在包装机的外壁上安装有包装控制箱,在打散机的一侧安装有全程控制装置。
