背景技术
豆筋，又名豆棒，其生产原料是黄豆，黄豆经磨成豆浆，加热，待豆浆表面起膜后，用一根竹棍卷起来。在豆筋的生产过程中，需要一种蒸煮豆浆的豆筋锅，以往无论是传统的豆筋锅还是自动豆棒卷制机上的豆筋锅，在使用他们生产豆筋时，由于豆筋结皮时会与豆筋锅的边沿粘连，卷制豆筋时会将部分豆筋粘附在锅沿上，如果不能及时将粘附于锅沿上的附作物清除，则会影响到豆筋的质量，使得卷制豆筋时容易出现撕裂或大小不一等问题，如果手动清除锅沿上的附着物，则费时费力，严重影响豆筋的生产效率。
针对上述不足，需研制一种能够自动清理锅沿附着物的豆筋锅刮锅装置，以提高生产效率、增强产品品质。

如图1至3所示，本实用新型的豆筋锅刮锅装置，包括刮板1、丝杠2、与丝杠2传动配合的丝杠螺母3以及用于驱动丝杠2旋转的驱动装置，所述驱动装置为电机4，所述电机4与丝杠2传动连接；所述刮板1与丝杠螺母3固定连接，刮板1的两侧与豆筋锅7的侧壁能够紧密贴合。本实施例中，所述豆筋锅刮锅装置还包括一根与丝杠2平行设置的定位杆5，所述刮板1与丝杠螺母3之间通过连杆6固定连接，所述连杆6上设置有定位孔，所述定位杆5从定位孔中穿过，使得连杆6与定位杆5滑动配合。工作时，电机带动丝杠2旋转，使得丝杠螺母3沿丝杠2移动，进而带动刮板1沿豆筋锅锅沿移动，因为安装后刮板1垂直伸入锅内并紧贴豆筋锅7的内壁，所以刮板1移动将刮下粘附在锅沿和豆筋锅侧壁上的附作物，进而解决因附着物而影响产品品质和生产效率的问题。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进，所述丝杠2为设置有正反双向螺纹的往复丝杠，往复丝杠的单向旋转能够带动丝杠螺母3往复运动。将丝杠2设置为往复丝杠，使得驱动装置只需带动丝杠单向旋转即可完成丝杠螺母3以及刮板1的往复刮锅运动。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进，所述刮板1的竖向宽度与豆筋锅7侧壁的高度相应。将刮板1的竖向宽度设置为与豆筋锅侧壁的高度相应，使得刮板1能够刮掉位于豆筋锅侧壁不同高度的附着物，刮锅更加彻底。

2.根据权利要求1所述的豆筋锅刮锅装置，其特征在于：所述丝杠（2）为设置有正反双向螺纹的往复丝杠，往复丝杠的单向旋转能够带动丝杠螺母（3）往复运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的豆筋锅刮锅装置，其特征在于：所述刮板（1）的竖向宽度与豆筋锅侧壁的高度相应。
