本实用新型涉及一种铝锭生产用熔炼炉余热回收系统,包括锅炉补水管和熔炼炉烟道,还包括一壳体,其创新点在于:所述壳体两侧设置封头,封头与壳体之间设置隔板,隔板之间安装若干平行设置的不锈钢管,不锈钢管两端与封头连通,两封头上分别开与锅炉补水管连通的补水管进口和出口,壳体上开与烟道连通的进口和出口;且所述不锈钢管为波纹管。锅炉补水时,水首先进入封头和不锈钢管内,熔炼炉烟道内的烟气进入壳体内,与不锈钢管和封头内的水热交换,提升补充水温度的同时降低烟气温度,使得补水时不会出现大温差引起气堵现象,确保锅炉的正常供气。不锈钢管为波纹管,能够提高换热面积,并且利用热胀冷缩的原理避免烟气在波纹管上结垢。

背景技术
    锅炉利用燃料燃烧释放的热能或其他热能加热水或其他工质,以生产规定参数(温度、压力)和品质的蒸汽、热水或其他工质的设备。锅炉使用过程中,需要对其进行补水。常规的补水温度在40度左右,当大量补水时,会造成锅炉快速降温,形成气堵,影响正常的蒸汽供给。而铝锭生产用熔炼炉在排放烟气时,其温度较高,直接排放则造成了能源的浪费。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种铝锭生产用熔炼炉余热回收系统,能够充分利用熔炼炉的热能,且能够避免锅炉产生气堵现象。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种铝锭生产用熔炼炉余热回收系统,包括熔炼炉烟道,其特征在于:还包括一壳体,所述壳体两侧设置封头,封头与壳体之间设置隔板,隔板之间安装若干平行设置的不锈钢管,不锈钢管两端与封头连通,两封头上分别开与锅炉补水管连通的补水管进口和出口,壳体上开与烟道连通的进口和出口;且所述不锈钢管为波纹管,且所述波纹管面向烟道进口的一侧设置为内弧形。
本实用新型的优点在于:锅炉补水时,水首先进入封头和不锈钢管内,熔炼炉烟道内的烟气进入壳体内,与不锈钢管和封头内的水热交换,提升作为生活用热水供给锅炉的补充水温度,同时降低烟气温度,锅炉不易出现气堵现象。不锈钢管为波纹管,能够提高换热面积,并且利用热胀冷缩的原理避免烟气在波纹管上结垢。利用波纹管的内弧面对烟气进行截留,提高余热利用效果。

如图1所示,包括锅炉补水管1和熔炼炉烟道2,还包括一壳体3,在壳体3两侧设置封头4,封头4与壳体3之间设置隔板5,隔板5之间安装若干平行设置的不锈钢管6,该不锈钢管6为波纹管,不锈钢管6两端与封头4连通,两封头4上分别开与锅炉补水管1连通的补水管进口和出口,壳体3上开与烟道连通的进口和出口,且所述波纹管面向烟道进口的一侧设置为内弧形。
工作原理:锅炉补水管1在对锅炉补水时,水先进入封头4和不锈钢管6内,其与熔炼炉烟道2内的烟气进行热交换,提高水的温度。
