Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种位于转子支架与转轴间的大型抽水蓄能机组的组合式联轴结构,该结构位于转轴与转子支架间,由联轴螺栓、联轴销套、联轴销、联轴螺母组成,该结构由联轴螺栓承受机组轴向力,用联轴销套和联轴销共同传递扭矩。该结构允许推力轴承采用性能优异的弹性油箱支撑。采用本结构可使传统的抽水蓄能机组采用的转轴与推力头镜板整锻一体结构拆分为一根转轴和一件推力头镜板变为可能。同时转轴与推力头镜板分体后转轴可采用较低强度材料,降低了成本。

大型抽水蓄能机组的组合式联轴结构
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种在转子支架与发电电动机转轴间的大型抽水蓄能机组的组合式联轴结构。 
背景技术:以往的大型抽水蓄能机组转子支架与转轴采用转轴与推力头镜板整锻一体的大尺寸法兰连接。在大尺寸法兰上能够合理分布联轴销和联轴螺栓,能很容易的保证联轴螺栓、联轴销和转轴的满足强度要求。为适应这样的法兰连接结构,推力轴承支承结构只能采用刚性支承,分块安装,其缺点是各推力轴承瓦间的负荷平衡调整起来比较麻烦。转轴与推力头镜板整锻一体需要高强度材料整体锻造,材料成本较高。当推力轴承结构选用能够通过油压的变化自动平衡各推力轴承瓦间的负荷,且不需要人为调整的大型抽水蓄能机组的新型推力轴承时,由于弹性支承为一整体结构,需要从转子支架法兰端套入,这样转子支架与转轴法兰尺寸就要缩小,本实用新型就是适用这种大型抽水蓄能机组的新型联轴结构。 
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是开发一种适用于大型抽水蓄能机组的转子支架与转轴采用小尺寸法兰联结的新型联轴结构。本实用新型的技术方案为:该结构位于转轴与转子支架间,由联轴螺栓、联轴 销套、联轴销、联轴螺母组成,联轴销装在转子支架与转轴同钻铰的销孔内为小间隙配合,联轴销套装在转子支架与转轴同钻铰的销螺纹孔内,联轴销套位于销孔处为小间隙配合,联轴螺栓穿过联轴销套把紧在转轴的螺栓孔处上部在转子支架上用联轴螺母紧固,将转子支架和转轴连成一体,联轴销套和联轴销共同传递水轮机及水泵的最大出力时的扭转切应力,联轴螺栓承受由于水力、动负荷和静负荷引起的轴向应力和弯曲应力的总和。 
技术效果 
1.允许推力轴承采用性能优异的弹性油箱支撑。 
2.新结构的采用使传统的抽水蓄能机组采用的转轴与推力头镜板整锻一体结构拆分为一根转轴和一件推力头镜板变为可能。 
3.传统的转轴与推力头镜板整锻一体结构材料须采用镜板的材料,其材料强度等级较高,转轴与推力头镜板整锻一体都需要高强度材料,成本较高。转轴与推力头镜板分体后转轴可采用较低强度材料,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,该结构位于转轴与转子支架间,由联轴螺栓1、联轴销套2、联轴销3、联轴螺母4等零件组成,联轴销3装在转子支架与转轴同钻铰的销孔内为小间隙配合,联轴销套2装在转子支架与转轴同钻铰的销螺纹孔内,联轴销套2位于销孔处为小间隙配合,联轴螺栓1穿过联轴销套2把紧在转轴的螺栓孔处上部,在转子支架上用联轴螺母4紧固,将转子支架和转轴连成一体,联轴销套2和联轴销3共同传递水轮机及水泵的最大出力时的扭转切应力,联轴螺栓1承受由于水力、动负荷和静负荷引起的轴向应力和弯曲应力的总和。 
根据联轴法兰尺寸合理布置联轴销套及联轴销位置及数量。计算联轴销套剪应力、联轴销剪应力、联轴螺栓拉应力、转轴上剪销孔位置剪应力及转轴上螺栓孔位置螺纹的剪应力。根据计算结果调整销套及螺栓尺寸,使各部件工作应力满足要求。

1.一种大型抽水蓄能机组的组合式联轴结构,其特征是:该结构位于转轴与转子支架间,由联轴螺栓(1)、联轴销套(2)、联轴销(3)、联轴螺母(4)组成,联轴销(3)装在转子支架与转轴同钻铰的销孔内为小间隙配合,联轴销套(2)装在转子支架与转轴同钻铰的销螺纹孔内,联轴销套(2)位于销孔处为小间隙配合,联轴螺栓(1)穿过联轴销套(2)把紧在转轴的螺栓孔处上部,在转子支架上用联轴螺母(4)紧固,将转子支架和转轴连成一体,联轴销套(2)和联轴销(3)共同传递水轮机及水泵的最大出力时的扭转切应力,联轴螺栓(1)承受由于水力、动负荷和静负荷引起的轴向应力和弯曲应力的总和。
