一种防跳轮具有可调功能的平趟门缓冲器,其包括与门框连接的缓冲器固定板,固定板侧边的导向轮,及安装在固定板上的缓冲装置,其特征在于:所述的固定板上设有滑槽盒,一抵压板由调节螺栓推动可前后滑动式安装在滑槽盒内,一顶端设有防跳轮的支架通过销轴活动铰接在滑槽盒内,支架的尾端接触在抵压板上,抵压板向前运动时可推动支架顶端向上翘起。本实用新型的有益效果是:通过调节螺栓推动抵压板在滑槽盒内前后滑动,从而推动支架围绕着销轴转动,令设于支架顶端的防跳轮向上翘起与门框接触,填充门与门框间的间隙,起到防止平趟门向上跳动的作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种平趟门的缓冲器,具体是一种防跳轮具有可调功能的平趟门缓冲器。
背景技术
目前,在家具的平趟门上一般都使用了缓冲阻尼器,并在平趟门的上轨道内安装的拨动阻尼器的拨块,当推动平趟门靠边时,拨块卡在阻尼器的活动件上,带动平趟门缓慢移动,直到停靠在门的边框旁边,由于阻尼器的缓冲作用,使平趟门在靠近门框的时候不会发生碰撞,避免因碰撞发出噪声,甚至是保护平趟门不会因此而碰撞损坏,因此,颇受消费者的喜爱。然而,当人们用力过猛或力气过大的推动平趟门时,由于此时平趟门的惯性较大,拨块与阻尼器配合的瞬间,平趟门的一侧会出现蹦跳的现象,产生噪声,严重时还易使平趟门的底轮脱离道轨。因此有必要对现有技术作进一步修改完善。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单合理,安全方便,使平趟门平稳安静运行,安装调节方便的一种防跳轮具有可调功能的平趟门缓冲器.
本实用新型用以下方式实现的:一种防跳轮具有可调功能的平趟门缓冲器,其包括与门框连接的缓冲器固定板,固定板侧边的导向轮,及安装在固定板上的缓冲装置,其特征在于:所述的固定板上设有滑槽盒,一抵压板由调节螺栓推动可前后滑动式安装在滑槽盒内,一顶端设有防跳轮的支架通过销轴活动铰接在滑槽盒内,支架的尾端接触在抵压板上,抵压板向前运动时可推动支架顶端向上翘起。
所述的抵压板截面呈“Z”字形,由板材冲压弯折而成。
所述的抵压板侧壁对称设置有滑块,可滑动安装在滑槽盒侧壁上的限位槽内。
所述的销轴上安装有复位扭簧,扭簧两支脚分别受力在支架及抵压板上,复位扭簧迫使防跳轮始终受力向下。
所述的调节螺栓螺接固定在滑槽盒的尾端,其尾端倾斜向下设置。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1)结构简单,生产成本低,提高市场竞争力。2)通过调节螺栓推动抵压板在滑槽盒内前后滑动,从而推动支架围绕着销轴转动,令设于支架顶端的防跳轮向上翘起与门框接触,填充门与门框间的间隙,起到防止平趟门向上跳动的作用。3)防跳轮高度可自由调节高度,且行程较大,从而提升该产品的适用范围,具有安装方便快捷,降低产品制造精度要求等优点。4)调节螺栓的尾端向下倾斜设置,便于安装者操调节操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作具体进一步的说明。如图所示:一种防跳轮具有可调功能的平趟门缓冲器,其包括与门框连接的缓冲器固定板1,固定板侧边的导向轮2,及安装在固定板上的缓冲装置3,其特征在于:所述的固定板1上设有滑槽盒4 ,一抵压板5由调节螺栓6推动可前后滑动式安装在滑槽盒4内,一顶端设有防跳轮7的支架8通过销轴9活动铰接在滑槽盒4内,支架8的尾端接触在抵压板5上,抵压板5向前运动时可推动支架8顶端向上翘起。
所述的抵压板5截面呈“Z”字形,由板材冲压弯折而成。
所述的抵压板5侧壁对称设置有滑块51,可滑动安装在滑槽盒4侧壁上的限位槽41内。
所述的销轴9上安装有复位扭簧91,扭簧两支脚分别受力在支架8及抵压板5上,复位扭簧91迫使防跳轮7始终受力向下。
所述的调节螺栓6螺接固定在滑槽盒4的尾端,其尾端倾斜向下设置。
具体实施方式:安装时:缓冲器通过固定板与门框连接后,将门框放入导轨内,由于门框顶端与导轨底端有一定的间隙,所以门框有向上跳起的运动空间,因而导致门框下端容易与导轨脱离。而本实用新型中,在缓冲器上安装有防跳轮,利用防跳轮顶在导轨内,限制门框向上活动的间隙,起到防跳作用。当门框安装到导轨内后,通过旋转调节螺栓,推动抵压板向前运动,由于防跳轮的支架受力于抵压板的前端,所以抵压板在调节螺栓的推动下向销轴方向运动时,抵压板推压支架围绕着销轴转动,使防跳轮向上抬起与导轨槽低接触,达到补偿门框与导轨槽低间的间隙作用。由于本实用新型中调节防跳轮的高度是在其工作使用的导槽内,所以可以及时更具防跳轮的工作状态作调节,有利于防跳轮达到最佳的工作效果。防止防跳轮过松起不到防跳作用,防跳轮过紧平趟门开关阻力大,使用寿命短的弊端。同时调节防跳轮的螺栓倾斜向下设置,使操作者调节方便快捷。

1.一种防跳轮具有可调功能的平趟门缓冲器,其包括与门框连接的缓冲器固定板(1),固定板侧边的导向轮(2),及安装在固定板上的缓冲装置(3),其特征在于:所述的固定板(1)上设有滑槽盒(4 ),一抵压板(5)由调节螺栓(6)推动可前后滑动式安装在滑槽盒(4)内,一顶端设有防跳轮(7)的支架(8)通过销轴(9)活动铰接在滑槽盒(4)内,支架(8)的尾端接触在抵压板(5)上,抵压板(5)向前运动时可推动支架(8)顶端向上翘起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防跳轮具有可调功能的平趟门缓冲器,其特征在于:所述的抵压板(5)截面呈“Z”字形,由板材冲压弯折而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防跳轮具有可调功能的平趟门缓冲器,其特征在于:所述的抵压板(5)侧壁对称设置有滑块(51),可滑动安装在滑槽盒(4)侧壁上的限位槽(41)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防跳轮具有可调功能的平趟门缓冲器,其特征在于:所述的销轴(9)上安装有复位扭簧(91),扭簧两支脚分别受力在支架(8)及抵压板(5)上,复位扭簧(91)迫使防跳轮(7)始终受力向下。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防跳轮具有可调功能的平趟门缓冲器,其特征在于:所述的调节螺栓(6)螺接固定在滑槽盒(4)的尾端,其尾端倾斜向下设置。
