技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种平趟门使用的缓冲器,具体是一种可调节防跳轮高度的缓冲器。
背景技术
目前,在家具的平趟门上一般都使用了缓冲阻尼器,并在平趟门的上轨道内安装的拨动阻尼器的拨块,当推动平趟门靠边时,拨块卡在阻尼器的活动件上,带动平趟门缓慢移动,直到停靠在门的边框旁边,由于阻尼器的缓冲作用,使平趟门在靠近门框的时候不会发生碰撞,避免因碰撞发出噪声,甚至是保护平趟门不会因此而碰撞损坏,因此,颇受消费者的喜爱。然而,当人们用力过猛或力气过大的推动平趟门时,由于此时平趟门的惯性较大,拨块与阻尼器配合的瞬间,平趟门的一侧会出现蹦跳的现象,产生噪声,严重时还易使平趟门的底轮脱离道轨。因此有必要对现有技术作进一步修改完善。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单合理,安全方便,使平趟门平稳安静运行,安装调节方便的可调节防跳轮高度的缓冲器。
本实用新型用以下方式实现的:一种可调节防跳轮高度的缓冲器,其包括底板及设于底板上的复位装置,其特征在于:所述的底板上还设有防跳轮,所述的防跳轮可转动地安装在支架板顶端,支架板尾端活动铰接在底座上,所述的底座上螺接有调节螺丝抵压在支架板底部。
所述的支架板通过转轴活动铰接在底座上,所述的转轴上安装有预压弹簧。
所述的预压弹簧两受力脚分别按压在底座与支架板上。
所述的防跳轮为塑胶轮。
所述的底座通过焊接或是铆接固定在底板上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1)结构简单,生产成本低,提高市场竞争力。2)在传统缓冲器上安装防跳轮,可防止门窗在关闭时受到冲击发生脱轨现象。3)防跳轮高度可自由调节,故可适应各种门框使用,降低安装难度和对尺寸要求精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作具体进一步的说明。一种可调节防跳轮高度的缓冲器,其包括底板1及设于底板上的复位装置2,其特征在于:所述的底板1上还设有防跳轮3,所述的防跳轮3可转动地安装在支架板4顶端,支架板4尾端活动铰接在底座5上,所述的底座5上螺接有调节螺丝6抵压在支架板4底部。
所述的支架板4通过转轴7活动铰接在底座上,所述的转轴7上安装有预压弹簧8,其中转轴结构可直接用铆钉代替即可。
所述的预压弹簧8两受力脚分别按压在底座5与支架板4上,其中预压弹簧为扭簧。
所述的防跳轮3为塑胶轮。
所述的底座5通过焊接或是铆接固定在底板1上。
具体实施方式:本实用新型中,安装时,先测量门框安装后与导轨顶端的距离,然后调节螺丝6使防跳轮与底板间的距离等于或是略微小于先前测量的距离。最后将缓冲器与门框连接后,将门框放入导轨内即可。本实用新型中,在缓冲器上安装的防跳轮,利用防跳轮顶在导轨内,限制门框向上活动的间隙,起到防跳作用。

1.一种可调节防跳轮高度的缓冲器,其包括底板(1)及设于底板上的复位装置(2),其特征在于:所述的底板(1)上还设有防跳轮(3),所述的防跳轮(3)可转动地安装在支架板(4)顶端,支架板(4)尾端活动铰接在底座(5)上,所述的底座(5)上螺接有调节螺丝(6)抵压在支架板(4)底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调节防跳轮高度的缓冲器,其特征在于:所述的支架板(4)通过转轴(7)活动铰接在底座上,所述的转轴(7)上安装有预压弹簧(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可调节防跳轮高度的缓冲器,其特征在于:所述的预压弹簧(8)两受力脚分别按压在底座(5)与支架板(4)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可调节防跳轮高度的缓冲器,其特征在于:所述的防跳轮(3)为塑胶轮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可调节防跳轮高度的缓冲器,其特征在于:所述的底座(5)通过焊接或是铆接固定在底板(1)上。
