本实用新型涉及一种应用于调浆桶的热能回收装置,属于纺织行业染整机械技术领域。 
背景技术
  在纺织行业的调浆工序中,主要以蒸汽作为热能对织物进行加工,从而产生大量的废水排放。排放的废水温度可达70℃左右,以往的工序都是将这些废水直接排放,由于排放的废水温度高,造成较大的热能污染。一般纺织行业使用的调浆桶需要不断加热后使用,这对于热能的消耗相当大。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种应用于调浆桶的热能回收装置,不仅降低了热能污染,而且能回收利用热能,减少成本消耗。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种热能回收装置,它包括多个调浆桶和储水罐,调浆桶的进水口均与废水排放口相连,调浆桶的出水口均与储水罐相连。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是: 
本实用新型可将废水的热能回收,作为调浆桶的预热使用,不仅降低了热能污染,同时节约能源,减少成本。

参见图1,本实用新型涉及一种的热能回收装置,主要由四个调浆桶1和储水罐2组成,调浆桶1的进水口均与废水排放口相连,调浆桶1的出水口均与储水罐2相连。废水排放口的高温废水经过四个调浆桶,起到预热的效果,最后冷却下来的废水进入储水罐中。
