本实用新型为一种筒染后热汽回收系统,它包括筒染主缸、交换水箱、热水池、提升泵以及污水处理池,所述交换水箱内设有冷水箱以及螺旋管道,所述筒染主缸的高温排压管与交换水箱的螺旋管道相连,螺旋管道的出水口与污水处理池相连,热交换器的冷水箱的出水口与热水池相连,所述热水池的排水口与管道相连,管道上设有提升泵,所述管道的另一端与筒染主缸的进水口相连。该系统将热源进行回用,达到节约能源且环保的作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及纺织筒染后蒸汽利用领域,具体为一种筒染后热汽回收系统。 
背景技术
在筒染生产中通常是在高温高压下进行的,然而通常情况下我们是在减压后排放的,在这个过程中造成大量蒸汽的排放流失,造成热源的浪费,且蒸汽中含有部分未达标的成分排放入大气中,造成了空气的污染。 
实用内容 
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种将热源进行回用,达到节约能源且环保的筒染后热汽回收系统。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的一种筒染后热汽回收系统,它包括筒染主缸、交换水箱、热水池、提升泵以及污水处理池,所述交换水箱内设有冷水箱以及螺旋管道,所述筒染主缸的高温排压管与交换水箱的螺旋管道相连,螺旋管道的出水口与污水处理池相连,热交换器的冷水箱的出水口与热水池相连,所述热水池的排水口与管道相连,管道上设有提升泵,所述管道的另一端与筒染主缸的进水口相连。 
进一步地,所述交换水箱的冷水箱的出水口处设有过滤网。 
本实用新型具有如下优点:将筒染主缸高温排压管统一接至交换水箱,利用热交换原理,将在高温排放的热汽经过交换水箱加热冷水箱内的冷水后再排到污水池进行集中处理,同时冷水经过加热后排至热水池后通入筒染主缸内回收利用。从而节约大量的蒸汽;因为冷清水通过交换水箱后,冷清水温度已经升温到接近所需的工艺温度,仅仅只需要加少量的蒸汽即可满足工艺要求,从而缩短了升温时间及循环泵运转时间,从而节约了蒸汽及电力的消耗,并提高了生产效率;加入过滤功能装置,去除废水中大部分杂质,是排放的废水不会对管道造成堵塞;同时通过热水与冷清水交换后的废水温度已降到接近常温, 当排放到污水处理池时,不再需要降温处理,节约废水处理费用,减少污泥的产生。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。 
本实用新型为筒染后热汽回收系统,它包括筒染主缸1、交换水箱2、热水池3、提升泵4以及污水处理池5,所述交换水箱内设有冷水箱6以及蒸汽管道7,所述筒染主缸的高温排压管8与交换水箱的蒸汽管道相连,蒸汽管道的出水口9与污水处理池相连,热交换器的冷水箱的出水口10与热水池相连,所述热水池的排水口11与管道12相连,管道上设有提升泵,所述管道的另一端与筒染主缸的进水口相连。所述交换水箱的冷水箱的出水口处设有过滤网13。 
将筒染主缸高温排压管统一接至交换水箱,利用热交换原理,将在高温排放的热汽经过交换水箱加热冷水箱内的冷水后再排到污水池进行集中处理,同时冷水经过加热后排至热水池后通入筒染主缸内回收利用。从而节约大量的蒸汽;因为冷清水通过交换水箱后,冷清水温度已经升温到接近所需的工艺温度,仅仅只需要加少量的蒸汽即可满足工艺要求,从而缩短了升温时间及循环泵运转时间,从而节约了蒸汽及电力的消耗,并提高了生产效率;加入过滤功能装置,去除废水中大部分杂质,是排放的废水不会对管道造成堵塞;同时通过热水与冷清水交换后的废水温度已降到接近常温,当排放到污水处理池时,不再需要降温处理,节约废水处理费用,减少污泥的产生。

1.一种筒染后热汽回收系统,其特征在于,它包括筒染主缸、交换水箱、热水池、提升泵以及污水处理池,所述交换水箱内设有冷水箱以及蒸汽管道,所述筒染主缸的高温排压管与交换水箱的蒸汽管道相连,蒸汽管道的出水口与污水处理池相连,热交换器的冷水箱的出水口与热水池相连,所述热水池的排水口与管道相连,管道上设有提升泵,所述管道的另一端与筒染主缸的进水口相连。
