本实用新型公开了一种锅炉蒸汽余热回收系统,由锅炉汽包、换热器、软化水箱、常压水箱、节能器组成,所述换热器与软化水箱之间连接循环水管,软化水箱的出水口接入常压水箱,常压水箱的出口接入节能器,节能器的出水口接入锅炉汽包。系统将工业企业生产过程大量排放蒸汽回收利用节省锅炉燃料消耗,避免蒸汽余热污染。

本实用新型属于锅炉技术领域,具体涉及一种锅炉蒸汽余热回收系统。
背景技术
目前,很多锅炉供汽的工业企业在生产过程中会伴随产生大量的低压蒸汽(主要是水吸热汽化而形成),大多处于直接排放状态,不仅造成水资源和生物质能源的浪费,同时产生“白色”余热污染。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种有效充分利用排放蒸汽资源,节能燃料消耗的锅炉蒸汽余热回收系统。
为了实现以上目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种锅炉蒸汽余热回收系统,由锅炉汽包、换热器、软化水箱、常压水箱、节能器组成,所述换热器与软化水箱之间连接循环水管,软化水箱的出水口接入常压水箱,常压水箱的出口接入节能器,节能器的出水口接入锅炉汽包。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型由锅炉汽包、换热器、软化水箱、常压水箱、节能器组成一个蒸汽余热回收系统,将工业企业生产过程大量排放蒸汽回收利用节省锅炉燃料消耗,避免蒸汽余热污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,锅炉蒸汽余热回收系统由锅炉汽包、换热器、软化水箱、常压水箱、循环水泵、节能器等组成。换热器与软化水箱之间连接循环水管,软件水箱与常压水箱之间连接进水管,常压水箱与节能器之间连接进水管和给水泵,节能器的出水口接入锅炉汽包。
因为蒸汽回收后产生的水量小于锅炉的给水量,所以需在常压水箱的进水口处增加一台给水泵,维持常压水箱水量,以保障锅炉的正常运行。
锅炉蒸汽余热回收系统的工作过程是:工业企业在生产过程中伴随产生的大量蒸汽,首先进入换热器,通过循环水泵把大部分热量传递给锅炉水箱里面的软化水,然后进入常压水箱,再通过给水泵进入锅炉节能器完成吸热,最后直接进入锅炉。

1.一种锅炉蒸汽余热回收系统,其特征在于:由锅炉汽包、换热器、软化水箱、常压水箱、节能器组成,所述换热器与软化水箱之间连接循环水管和循环水泵,软化水箱的出水口接入常压水箱,常压水箱与节能器之间连接进水管和给水泵,节能器的出水口接入锅炉汽包。
