本实用新型涉及一种油田污水加热系统，尤其涉及一种油田污水余热原油外输加热系统。
背景技术
油田在生产过程中产生大量含油污水，这些含油污水的余热被排放到大气中，即造成热污染又浪费资源。一方面，随着油田的开发进入中后期，油井的含油污水水量越来越大；另一方面，原油的脱水和外输都需要加热，尤其是稠油，由于其粘度较高，必须加热降粘之后才可以外输。稠油集输工艺主要包括掺热水、掺稀油和三管伴热3种流程，相应的加热炉也分为稠油加热炉、稀油加热炉和热水炉三类，诸多的加热过程需要耗费大量的能量，这就需要深入研究加热炉的形式，以降低原油在集输过程中的能耗。目前大多数采用的加热炉主要为燃油燃气水套加热炉的形式，原油加热的温度范围为40~70℃，这种形式的能量利用方式实际是采用燃烧高品位能源获得低品位热能，有用能效率较低。

为避免现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种油田污水余热原油外输加热系统。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种油田污水余热原油外输加热系统，包括原油加热回水管、原油加热供水管、高温水泵、高温离心式热泵机组、清水循环泵、污水换热器、污水泵，原油加热回水管通过高温水泵与高温离心式热泵机组相连，原油加热供水管与高温离心式热泵机组相连；油田污水管线与污水换热器相连接，且油田污水管线上设有污水泵，污水换热器经清水循环泵与高温离心式热泵机组连接。
