Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种托盘搬运车的长连杆结构,即用可调长连杆结构来代替传统的长连杆。由于存在制造上的误差,传统的长连杆经常会出现两个叉脚连杆长度不一致的情况,可调长连杆结构用长螺杆代替普通的长杆,由长螺杆(3)、前螺母(2)和后螺母(4)、前连杆头(1)、后连杆头(5)组成,通过调节螺杆两端螺母可以很方便地调节连杆的有效长度来连接轮架(6)和下连杆(8),有效地避免两根长连杆长度不一致出现的车体两边受力不均的情况,保证搬运车的寿命,并且方便装配和拆卸维护,提高工作效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种托盘搬运车的长连杆结构,特别涉及用一种用于托盘搬运车的长度可调的长连杆结构。 
背景技术
目前,国内各种品牌的托盘搬运车很少使用可调结构,大部分仍在使用普通的长连杆结构,即用不可调长杆来连接下连杆和轮架。由于长连杆在加工制造时存在误差,安装在同一台搬运车两个货叉的长连杆会出现尺寸不一致的情况,导致无法安装,需要再返工修改增加了生产的工作量,或强行安装之后因为两个叉脚受力不均匀而大大影响产品的寿命。而且,在生产装配和后期维护的过程中,普通长连杆结构比较不方便,耗费工作量很大。 
发明内容
为了克服现有托盘搬运车结构上存在的不足,以较小的生产成本解决上述存在的不足,本实用新型提供了一种托盘搬运车的长连杆结构,对搬运车的长连杆结构进行优化,保证了搬运车装配和维护的便捷性、提高了工作效率。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案是: 
一种托盘搬运车的长连杆结构,包括长螺杆,长螺杆的两端分别设有前连杆头和后连杆头,前连杆头和长螺杆之间通过前螺母连接。后连杆头和长螺杆之间通过后螺母连接。前连杆头连接有轮架。后连杆头连接有下连杆。 
使用新型的可调长连杆结构来代替普通的长连杆,用长螺杆来代替长连杆,在长螺杆的两端分别装上前连杆头和后连杆头,两者与长螺杆通过螺纹连 接可以调节长连杆两端的长度,并各用螺母锁住位置。这样在出现加工误差时,可以很方便的通过调节连杆头的位置来消除,也避免了两个叉脚受力不均的情况,由此很方便地解决了上述存在的不足。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,普通长连杆结构难以消除存在的误差,影响搬运车的寿命,且在装配和维护时非常不便,使用可调长连杆结构代替可以消除制造误差,保证车子的寿命,且可大大提高装配和维护中的便捷程度。另外,该结构生产成本低,可靠性好,容易实现,与现有技术的长连杆结构的搬运车相比具有明显的优势。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
如图1所示托盘搬运车的长连杆结构,本实用新型由长螺杆3代替现有技术的长杆,两端分别安装有前连杆头1和后连杆头5,将二者调节至所需位置,用前螺母2和后螺母4固定位置,结构简单,加工方便,成本较低。 
如图2所示,一种新型托盘搬运车的连杆系统,可调长连杆结构7的两端分别连接轮架6和下连杆8,通过前螺母2和后螺母4可以方便的调节两端连杆头之间的距离,从而可以方便的调节轮架6和下连杆8的位置,大大减轻了装配和拆卸的工作强度,也可以简便地消除两个叉脚长杆长度不一致导致的质 量问题,与现有技术的不可调连杆结构上有很大的优化效果。

1.一种托盘搬运车的长连杆结构,包括长螺杆(3),其特征在于:长螺杆(3)的两端分别设有前连杆头(1)和后连杆头(5),前连杆头(1)和长螺杆(3)之间通过前螺母(2)连接,后连杆头(5)和长螺杆(3)之间通过后螺母(4)连接,前连杆头(1)连接有轮架(6),后连杆头(5)连接有下连杆(8)。
