本实用新型涉及门板生产工艺中木粉的集成送料装置。
背景技术
在门板的生产过程中需要先加工木粉，然后将其他配料和木粉混合搅拌均匀后运送到门板的生产线上，目前普遍采用的是人工运送原料的方式，此种方式不仅浪费人工，而且容易出现原料供应不上生产的现象。    
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种集成送料装置。
本实用新型提供的技术方案是：
    集成送料装置，包括储料仓和加料斗，所述储料仓与加料斗之间位置设置有高度差，储料仓和加料斗之间通过送料管连接，所述储料仓内设置有刮板，刮板固定在储料仓中设置的可旋转的转轴上，刮板外沿紧挨储料仓壁设置，所述送料管与储料仓下部的出料口连接，所述出料口处设置有挡板。
    具体的，所述出料口设置有若干个。
    具体的，所述送料管倾斜朝下设置。
    本实用新型的优点和积极效果是：本装置在提高储料仓高度的基础上在储料仓内部增加刮板，能够让木粉等原料能够快速而且尽全部的进入加料斗中；本实用新型可根据生产线的数量确定出料口的数量，能够同时供应数个生产线的木粉原料的供应；挡板的设置能够控制供应哪些生产线工作；使用本装置后，由于不必再采用人工运送的方式，因此可以减轻工人的劳动强度、减少人为因素的影响的可能性，为企业节省生产成本。本实用新型结构合理、设计巧妙、制造容易、使用灵活而且方便实用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示集成送料装置，包括储料仓和加料斗。所述储料仓与加料斗之间位置设置有高度差，储料仓和加料斗之间通过送料管连接。所述储料仓内设置有刮板，刮板固定在储料仓中设置的可旋转的转轴上，刮板外沿紧挨储料仓壁设置。所述送料管倾斜朝下设置。
所述送料管与储料仓下部的出料口连接，出料口根据生产线需要设置6个，所述每个出料口处都设置有挡板。
所述挡板可通过自动控制系统控制其关闭或开启，能够减少人工的数量，减轻工人的劳动强度，减少人为因素的影响的可能性。

1.集成送料装置，包括储料仓和加料斗，其特征在于，所述储料仓与加料斗之间位置设置有高度差，储料仓和加料斗之间通过送料管连接，所述储料仓内设置有刮板，刮板固定在储料仓中设置的可旋转的转轴上，刮板外沿紧挨储料仓壁设置，所述送料管与储料仓下部的出料口连接，所述出料口处设置有挡板。
