Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种液晶显示器显示模块及移动终端,液晶显示器显示模块与移动终端的主板组装使用,液晶显示器显示模块包括:胶框,设置于液晶显示器上;粘贴材料,设置于所述胶框中;灯条,其两侧设置有发光二极管LED灯,所述灯条上还设置有控制所述LED灯的电路、以及连接所述电路和所述移动终端的主板的导体;导光板,设置于所述胶框中,所述LED灯之间。通过本实用新型的技术方案,解决了因为在LCD和CTP之间夹入导光板,而影响贴合工艺和整机屏幕靠近字符区域有亮线的技术问题,提高了LCD和CTP之间的贴合良率,消除了在整机屏幕靠近字符区域的亮线。

Description

一种液晶显示器显示模块及移动终端
技术领域
本实用新型涉及移动终端显示屏技术,尤其涉及一种移动终端液晶显示器显示模块及移动终端。
背景技术
目前,移动终端普遍应用的液晶显示器(LCD,Li quid Crys t a l Di s pl ay)显示模块是和电容触摸屏(CTP,Capacit ive Touch Panel)贴合在一起,作为一个整体和移动终端前壳组装使用。对于触摸屏下方的几个字符按键,需要根据具体的操作模式点亮。为了能均匀的点亮字符按键,要在LCD和CTP之间单独夹入导光板,并将光线导入字符区域,这对LCD和CTP的贴合工艺造成了影响,降低了贴合良率,而且,有些情况下会在整机屏幕靠近字符的区域造成亮线。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种液晶显示模块及移动终端,能够减少LCD和CTP之间夹入导光板而对贴合良率造成的影响,消除在整机屏幕靠近字符区域的亮线。
本实用新型的技术方案实现如下:
一种液晶显示器显示模块,与移动终端的主板组装使用,所述液晶显示器显示模块包括:
胶框,设置于液晶显示器上;
粘贴材料,设置于所述胶框中;
灯条,其两侧设置有发光二极管LED灯,所述灯条上还设置有控制所述LED灯的电路、以及连接所述电路和所述移动终端的主板的导体;
导光板,设置于所述胶框中,所述LED灯之间。
进一步地,所述导体与所述移动终端的主板通过焊接方式连接。
进一步地,所述灯条由柔性印刷电路板FPC或印刷电路板PCB制成。
进一步地,所述液晶显示器显示模块还包括设置于所述灯条和所述导光板之间的黑白胶;所述黑白胶的黑面朝向所述灯条,白面朝向所述导光板。
进一步地,所述粘贴材料为双面胶或液体胶。
一种移动终端,包括有前述的液晶显示器显示模块;其中,所述液晶显示器显示模块照亮的部位为所述移动终端的字符按键区域。
相对于现有的技术,本实用新型提供的方案,提高了LCD和CTP之间的贴合良率,消除了在整机屏幕靠近字符区域的亮线。

具体实施方式
以下将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本实用新型。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
图1为液晶显示器显示模块的分解视图,如图1所示,在液晶显示器LCD上粘贴一个胶框,在胶框中依次放入双面胶、灯条、黑白双面胶和导光板。其中,双面胶用于粘贴灯条;灯条由柔性印刷电路板FPC或印刷电路板PCB制成,在灯条靠短边的两侧各设置有一个发光二极管LED灯,灯条上还设置有控制LED灯的电路和连接电路与移动终端主板的导体,导体与移动终端主板通过焊接的方式连接,主板为LED灯供电并给电路传递信号控制LED灯的工作;黑白双面胶的黑面朝向灯条,白面朝向导光板,在起到粘贴作用的同时反射LED灯光到导光板上;导光板放置在灯条两侧的LED灯之间,使LED灯射出的光线能均匀地照射到前方CTP的字符区域。
本实用新型还记载了一种移动终端,包括有图1所示的液晶显示器显示模块;其中,所述液晶显示器显示模块照亮的部位为所述移动终端的字符按键区域。

Claims (7)

1.一种液晶显示器显示模块,与移动终端的主板组装使用,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器显示模块包括:
胶框,设置于液晶显示器上;
粘贴材料,设置于所述胶框中;
灯条,其两侧设置有发光二极管LED灯,所述灯条上还设置有控制所述LED灯的电路、以及连接所述电路和所述移动终端的主板的导体;
导光板,设置于所述胶框中,所述LED灯之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器显示模块,其特征在于,所述导体与所述移动终端的主板通过焊接方式连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器显示模块,其特征在于,所述灯条由柔性印刷电路板FPC或印刷电路板PCB制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器显示模块,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器显示模块还包括设置于所述灯条和所述导光板之间的黑白胶;所述黑白胶的黑面朝向所述灯条,白面朝向所述导光板。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的液晶显示器显示模块,其特征在于,所述粘贴材料为双面胶或液体胶。
6.一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括有权利要求1至5任一项所述的液晶显示器显示模块。
7.根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器显示模块照亮的部位为所述移动终端的字符按键区域。
