背景技术
在废塑料造粒过程中,由于废塑料成分复杂等因素,造成挤出机机头压力频繁的波动,对挤出造粒产生的不利影响。
国内现有的一些塑料造粒挤出机有一些共同的缺陷,主要表现在如下几个方面:
其一:机头压力不稳定,拉条时,容易断;
其二:机头压力大,容易返料;
其三:供料不均匀时,容易出现断续出料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,就是为了解决上述问题而提供了一种结构简单的恒流式废塑料造粒挤出机,可以有效的解决机头压力频繁波动,造成的造粒不顺畅的情况。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
本实用新型的一种恒流式废塑料造粒挤出机,包括机架、设于机架上的机筒和动力装置,所述机筒内设置有螺杆,所述螺杆的一端与动力装置的输出轴连接,所述机筒和螺杆上均设置有对应的输送段、熔融段和塑化段,在所述机筒的熔融段上设置有鼓形结构,且在所述螺杆的熔融段上也设有相对应的鼓形结构。
本实用新型在熔融段设计了一段机筒鼓形结构和螺杆鼓形结构,能缓冲机头产生的波动压力,避免返料现场的发生;同时,有一定的储料功能,避免了供料不均匀产生的拉条断续的现象。

请参阅图1,图中示出了本实用新型恒流式废塑料造粒挤出机,包括机架1、设于机架上的机筒2和动力装置,机筒2内设置有螺杆3,动力装置包括电机6和减速机4,电机6的输出轴通过联轴器5与减速机4的输入轴连接,减速机4的输出轴即动力装置的输出轴与螺杆3的一端连接,机筒2和螺杆3上均设置有对应的输送段A、熔融段B和塑化段C,机筒2的输送段A上设置有喂料装置7,机筒2的熔融段B上设置有机筒鼓形结构21,且在螺杆3的熔融段B上也设有与机筒鼓形结构21相对应的螺杆鼓形结构31。
本实用新型由于在熔融段B设计了一段机筒鼓形结构21和螺杆鼓形结构31,由此,能缓冲机头产生的波动压力,避免返料现场的发生;同时,有一定的储料功能,避免了供料不均匀产生的拉条断续的现象。
