背景技术
现在的政府提倡环保,比如农业中使用的薄膜、工业用的橡胶及一些性能差不容易塑化的可回收的塑料。这些东西混合在一起之后,使得很多普通螺杆无法将其合理的塑化并挤出,因此不能很好的回收利用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种螺杆,该螺杆能够满足废料的塑化条件,该废料包括薄膜、PE、PP、橡胶等。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种螺杆,包括依次相连的挤出段、压缩段和进料段,所述压缩段的锥度为2°12′55″~3°12′55″且压缩段的压缩比为3.2。
本实用新型的有益效果是:上述螺杆能够使得废料在压缩段中完全塑化,使得能被螺杆挤出,并合理的回收废料中的可回收资源。

下面结合附图,详细描述本实用新型的具体实施方案。
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的螺杆,包括依次相连的挤出段1、压缩段2和进料段3,其中挤出段1、压缩段2和进料段3的长度比为26∶15∶33,所述压缩段2的锥度为2°12′55″~3°12′55″且压缩段2的压缩比为3.2。
经过实践证明,上述螺杆能够将复杂的废料塑化并挤出,从而合理的回收废料中的可回收资源,并再次利用,减少环境的污染。该废料中包括容易塑化的薄膜和性能差、不容易塑化的PE、PP等塑料及橡胶。由于该废料的复杂性,普通螺杆无法将其完全塑化及挤出,但是本发明的螺杆可以。
