本实用新型涉及一种火车铰链浇铸模具芯撑。 
背景技术
火车铰链是一种铸件,在浇铸铰链时对模具的要求较高。在模具中需要用到型芯。虽然型芯与型腔之间设置了互相配合的连接孔,但是由于在浇铸铁水时,铁水流动带来的冲击力和铁水提供的浮力会导致型芯漂浮产生位移,导致浇铸处的铰链出现质量问题,甚至是成为废品。现有技术中为了更好的稳固型芯,会在型芯与型腔之间设置有定位型芯的芯撑。目前的芯撑有的是采用折弯的铝条,有的是采用铁质板条或者是圆柱底面的T型铁。铝条熔点比铁低,在铁水浇铸时铝条会融化,但是铝与铁水内部的成分发生化学反应导致行程一种比较坚硬的物质不利于机械加工。铁质板条有可能会融化不掉其底面与铰链表面齐平,会产生夹层。T型铁的圆柱底面会出现融化不完全的情况,与铰链的表面齐平,对外观质量产生影响。

本实用新型的目的是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种火车铰链浇铸模具芯撑,这种芯撑的支撑点可以在浇铸钢水时迅速融化,可以将没有融化的部分包裹在铰链内部,不会对铰链的表面质量产生影响。 
为了实现上述的发明目的,本实用新型的技术方案是: 
一种火车铰链浇铸模具芯撑,所述的芯撑设置有至少三个支撑点,所述的支撑点为凸点,所述的芯撑包括折弯的板材,沿着板材大面分别向两侧延伸三个凸点。 
所述的芯撑为折弯的波浪状的钢条。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点: 
支撑点为凸点,在浇铸铁水的时候可以瞬间将凸点融化,芯撑被包裹在铰链中,这样就不会对铰链的表面质量产生影响,在保证了型芯稳固浇铸出合格的铰链的同时,提高了铰链的便面质量,对后续机械加工也不会产生影响。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型公开了一种火车铰链浇铸模具芯撑,所述的芯撑包括折弯的板材1,沿着板材大面分别向两侧延伸三个凸点2。如图3所示是火车铰链浇铸模具芯撑用在浇铸模具中的示意图,包括模具3、型腔4和与型腔结合的型芯5,芯撑6支撑在型芯和型腔的侧壁之间,保证了型芯的稳定性。 
如图4所示,本实用新型公开了一种火车铰链浇铸模具芯撑,所述的芯撑为折弯的波浪状的钢条。
