背景技术
现有零部件检测，一般采用螺纹接头拧入的方式来密封接头，造成劳动强度高，生产效率低。                
发明内容
    本实用新型的目的是设计出一种细长缸横向孔浮动夹具。
本实用新型要解决的是零部件检测中因采用螺纹接头拧入的方式来密封接头，造成劳动强度高，生产效率低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：它包括底板和浮动夹紧气缸，浮动夹紧气缸上设有浮动夹紧活塞杆，浮动夹紧活塞杆顶部连接有密封压头，底板上设有限位板，限位板上设有挡块，该挡块对着密封压头，挡块和密封压头之间留有被测工件存放位，浮动夹紧气缸的二侧各设有一根活动杆，底板上设有支承座，支承座上设有套管，活动杆穿过套管后其顶部与限位板固接，在活动杆的前端套有回位弹簧，弹簧位于套管和限位板之间。
  本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型的活动杆套在支承座里，通过浮动夹紧气缸、V型块和密封压头对被测件进行浮动密封，确保被测件上密封压头有足够的压紧力，同时被测件不受到横向力的作用。用本实用新型检测能降低操作者劳动强度，提高生产效率。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
     如图所示，本实用新型包括底板8和浮动夹紧气缸1，浮动夹紧气缸1上设有浮动夹紧活塞杆9，浮动夹紧活塞杆9顶部连接有密封压头12。底板上设有限位板，限位板14上设有挡块15，该挡块15对着密封压头12，挡块15和密封压头12之间留有被测工件存放位，被测工件6就放在这里被检测。浮动夹紧气缸1二侧各设有活动杆2和活动杆10，底板上设有支承座3，支承座3上设有套管4和套管11，活动杆2和活动杆10分别穿过套管4和套管11后其顶部固接于限位板14上。在活动杆2和活动杆10的前端分别套有回位弹簧5和回位弹簧13，回位弹簧5位于套管4和限位板14之间，回位弹簧13位于套管11和限位板14之间。
挡块15为V型块 。活塞杆9穿过支承座3。底板8上安装有上气缸7。

1.一种细长缸横向孔浮动夹具，包括底板和浮动夹紧气缸，浮动夹紧气缸上设有浮动夹紧活塞杆，其特征在于浮动夹紧活塞杆顶部连接有密封压头，底板上设有限位板，限位板上设有挡块，该挡块对着密封压头，挡块和密封压头之间留有被测工件存放位，浮动夹紧气缸的二侧各设有一根活动杆，底板上设有支承座，支承座上设有套管，活动杆穿过套管后其顶部与限位板固接，在活动杆的前端套有回位弹簧，弹簧位于套管和限位板之间。
