背景技术
在工业产品生产装配过程中，会遇到要将工字形的橡胶件安装到通孔内的情况，传统的装配都是靠工人手工完成，要将工字形的橡胶件安装进通孔内相当困难，不仅效率地下，而且往往安装了几个之后工人的手就已经受不了了，因此设计出一种用于安装此工字形的橡胶件到通孔内的装置是非常必要的。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术不足，提供一种橡胶件装配装置，能够将工字形的橡胶件快速的安装到通孔内。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决：一种橡胶件装配装置，包括伸缩杆，所述伸缩杆一端设置有用于夹紧橡胶件的夹紧块，所述夹紧块与所述伸缩杆转动连接。采用巧妙的结构代替原本人手工操作，不仅提高了工作效率而且降低了工作强度和人工成本。
上述技术方案中，所述伸缩杆一端设置有两个用于夹紧橡胶件的夹紧块。
上述技术方案中，优选的，所述伸缩杆下端连接有一动力装置。
上述技术方案中，优选的，所述动力装置为气缸。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下有益效果：本实用新型夹紧块会夹住工字形橡胶件的中间部分，然后伸缩杆向下运动，使得工字形橡胶件自动安装进通孔内，操作方便，效率高。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述：参见图1、图2，一种橡胶件装配装置，包括伸缩杆1，所述伸缩杆1一端设置有两个用于夹紧橡胶件的夹紧块2，所述夹紧块2与所述伸缩杆1转动连接，所述伸缩杆1下端连接有一动力装置3，本实施例中，所述动力装置3为气缸。
此实施例在使用时，伸缩杆1穿在通孔中，将橡胶件放在夹紧块2之间，按下启动开关，气缸带动伸缩杆1向下运动，夹紧块2会夹紧并带着橡胶件向下运动，自动将橡胶件装入通孔中。

1.一种橡胶件装配装置，其特征在于：包括伸缩杆（1），所述伸缩杆（1）一端设置有用于夹紧橡胶件的夹紧块（2），所述夹紧块（2）与所述伸缩杆（1）转动连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶件装配装置，其特征在于：所述伸缩杆（1）一端设置有两个用于夹紧橡胶件的夹紧块（2）。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种橡胶件装配装置，其特征在于：所述伸缩杆（1）下端连接有一动力装置（3）。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种橡胶件装配装置，其特征在于：所述动力装置（3）为气缸。
