Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种指向性MEMS传声器,包括一端敞口的壳体、封装在壳体敞口上的接线板、进音结构以及贴装在接线板上的集成电路芯片和MEMS片,进音结构包括主音孔和辅音孔,主音孔开设在接线板上且与MEMS片的片内腔连通,辅音孔与壳体内腔连通。本实用新型的MEMS传声器具有指向性接收功能且结构简单、方便实用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及MEMS传声器,具体的说是一种指向性MEMS传声器。
背景技术
常见的MEMS传声器一般包括一端敞口的壳体、封装在壳体敞口上的接线板、贴装在接线板上的MEMS片和集成电路芯片。MEMS片具有片内腔,片内腔中设有MEMS振膜,MEMS振膜用于感应声压。
目前的MEMS传声器均为全向传声器,在一定程度上限制了MEMS传声器的应用领域及范围,尤其是在一些要求对环境噪声或者其它无效噪声做处理的场所或者产品上,全向MEMS传声器不能满足要求,因为全向MEMS传声器对每个角度的声音敏感度一样,也就是说来自各个方向的声音均能被其拾取并传递。但在一些特定场所,如会议电话等,要求传声器只能拾取某一方向的声音,来自其它方向的声音或者噪声不能被拾取或者被衰减,这时就需要一种具有指向性的MEMS传声器。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、方便实用且具有指向性接收功能的MEMS传声器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的指向性MEMS传声器包括一端敞口的壳体、封装在壳体敞口上的接线板、进音结构以及贴装在接线板上的集成电路芯片和MEMS片,其特征是所述进音结构包括主音孔和辅音孔,主音孔开设在接线板上且与MEMS片的片内腔连通,辅音孔与壳体内腔连通。
所述辅音孔开设在接线板上。
所述辅音孔开设在壳体壁上。
所述壳体内腔中在辅音孔上通过阻尼粘接胶封装有阻尼片。
采用上述结构,通过位于主音孔和辅音孔分别形成的主声音通道和辅声音通道,同时在辅声音通道中设置阻尼片,声音通过主、辅声音通道时到达MEMS振膜时形成时间差,从而对来自不同方向的声音产生不同的灵敏度,形成不同的极性图,从而实现定向拾取某一方向声波的功能。综上所述,本实用新型的MEMS传声器具有指向性接收功能且结构简单、方便实用。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本实用新型的指向性MEMS传声器包括一端敞口的壳体1、封装在壳体敞口上的接线板2、进音结构以及贴装在接线板2上的集成电路芯片3和MEMS片4。壳体1与接线板2之间通过密封胶密封粘接,MEMS片4和集成电路芯片3通过粘接胶贴装在接线板2上,MEMS片4和集成电路芯片3之间以及集成电路芯片3与接线板2之间均通过金线8连接。集成电路芯片3上还封装有专用芯片封装胶9。进音结构包括主音孔5和辅音孔6,主音孔5开设在接线板2上且与MEMS片4的片内腔40连通,辅音孔6与壳体1内腔连通。其中,辅音孔6可以如图1所示开设在接线板2上或者如图2所示开设在壳体1壁上。两种辅音孔6开设的方式不同,但性能是一致的,主要与整机设计适合选取哪种。壳体1内腔中在辅音孔6上通过阻尼粘接胶71封装有阻尼片7。阻尼片7的作用是用来调整曲线。
参照附图,通过主音孔5和辅音孔6分别形成主声音通道和辅声音通道,在辅声音通道中设置阻尼片7,声音分别经由主、辅声音通道到达MEMS振膜时形成时间差,从而对来自不同方向的声音产生不同的灵敏度,形成不同的极性图,从而实现定向拾取某一方向声波的功能。
综上所述,本实用新型不限于上述具体实施方式。本领域技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围的前提下,可做若干的更改和修饰。本实用新型的保护范围应以本实用新型的权利要求为准。

Claims (4)

1.一种指向性MEMS传声器,包括一端敞口的壳体(1)、封装在壳体敞口上的接线板(2)、进音结构以及贴装在接线板(2)上的集成电路芯片(3)和MEMS片(4),其特征是所述进音结构包括主音孔(5)和辅音孔(6),主音孔(5)开设在接线板(2)上且与MEMS片(4)的片内腔(40)连通,辅音孔(6)与壳体(1)的内腔连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的指向性MEMS传声器,其特征是所述辅音孔(6)开设在接线板(2)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的指向性MEMS传声器,其特征是所述辅音孔(6)开设在壳体(1)壁上。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的指向性MEMS传声器,其特征是所述壳体(1)内腔中在辅音孔(6)上通过阻尼粘接胶(71)封装有阻尼片(7)。
