由于平地机具有基本不负载,行驶速度缓慢,工作频率低的工作特点,而常用平地机选用普通山地轮胎结构,载荷能力过高,胶部件选配偏厚,导致原材料浪费的情况出现;同时胎面磨耗较快,花纹沟底易损伤,而且花纹沟易夹石子。

针对现有技术存在的缺点与不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种平地机专用轮胎花纹结构,提高轮胎耐磨性能,提高轮胎沟底保护及防夹石设计,提高轮胎使用寿命的同时,有效降低成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是,平地机专用轮胎花纹结构,它包括冠部花纹块、肩部花纹块与花纹沟,其冠部花纹块与肩部花纹块外轮廓为弧形设计,花纹沟的宽度由轮胎的冠部到肩部逐渐增宽。
上述的平地机专用轮胎花纹结构,其冠部花纹块与肩部花纹块之间还设置防夹石加强筋,防夹石加强筋宽度小于花纹沟。
