两单线无扭对绞机，本装置属机械制造行业，用于电线电缆，信号传输线和金属线材的对绞。采用电器控制调节节距。可在单线少量预扭后即可100%全退扭，使被绞线无内应力，质量好，使电信线有更好的信号传输功能，使用过程为：将被对绞的两根线，一根装在外放线盘上，另一根装在内放线盘上，牵引电机和绞线电机同时按设定的速比转动，调节两电机的速比即可调节对绞线的节距，两个放线盘上都设有张力调节装置，牵引电机通过牵引装置可将两个放线盘上的线同时牵引出来，用另配的收线机收线。绞线电机带动出线轴转动，出线轴带动转盘，绞弓，过线轮转动，内放线盘上的线通过导线轮进入出线转轴的中心孔，外放线盘上的线，通过外导线轮进入进线转轴的中心孔，通过绞弓和过线轮绕在内放线盘放出的线上，行成对绞。

本装置属机械制造行业，用于电线电缆，信号传输线和金属线材的对绞。采用电器控制调节节距。可在单线少量预扭后即可100%全退扭，使被绞线无内应力，质量好，使电信线有更好的信号传输功能。 
背景技术
目前的对绞机，常用的有两种形式，一种是绞线时对两根单线自然形成扭转的对绞机。另一种是先对两根单线进行预扭，再将两根单线对绞，对绞时可对两根预扭后的单线自然退扭，成为退扭对绞机。本实用新型“新型两单线无扭对绞机” 可在对绞过程中使期中一根线少量预扭后即可100%全退扭，另一根线全无扭转。 
发明内容
本装置的结构配置为：1、外放线盘，2、外导线轮，3、进线转轴，4、底座，5、转盘，6、绞弓，7、内放线盘，8、摇篮，9、内导线轮，10、过线轮，11、出线转轴，12、绞线电机，13、牵引装置，14、牵引电机。其传动方式为：被对绞的两根线，一根装在外放线盘（1）上，另一根装在内放线盘（7）上，牵引电机（14）和绞线电机（12）同时按设定的速比转动，调节两电机的速比即可调节对绞线的节距，两个放线盘上都设有张力调节装置，牵引电机通过牵引装置可将两个放线盘上的线同时牵引出来，用另配的收线机收线，绞线电机带动出线轴（11）转动，出线轴带动转盘（5），绞弓（6），过线轮（10）转动，内放线盘（8）上的线通过导线轮（9）进入出线转轴（11）的中心孔，外放线盘（1）上的线，通过外导线轮（2）进入进线转轴（3）的中心孔，通过绞弓（6）和过线轮（10）绕在内放线盘（7）放出的线上，行成对绞，内放线盘放出的线直接被牵引出，无任何扭转，外放线盘放出的线通过左过线轮时向一个方向扭转，通过右过线轮（10）时向另一方向扭转，将原扭转全退掉，同内线盘放出的线，形成两根单线均无扭转的对绞。

具体实施方式
根据被收线材的具体材质、规格和质量要求，设定本设备的规格，按说明书附图，所绘制各零件的形状加工，安装本“两单线无扭对绞机”。使用过程为：将两个防线盘装好被绞的线，装在图示的安装位置上，调节好阻尼控制放线张力，按图示方式穿线，按节距要求调节好两电机速比，同收线机配套即可开机绞线。
