本实用新型公开了一种应用于给袋式包装机的粘稠物料加料装置，包括气缸(5)，气缸上连有送料杆(7)，该送料杆外装有定套(14)，该送料杆内设有吹气通道(18)并具有吹气口(19)，送料杆的吹气通道外接进气管(17)。在气缸的尾部上装有锁紧螺母(13)和滚花螺母(12)的组合件。本实用新型通过气缸带动送料杆运动。同时正压气源通过进气管进入送料杆的吹气通道并经其吹气口吹出，使送料杆与粘稠类物料之间形成气流而将粘稠物料快速、顺利送入包装袋，避免其粘附在送料杆上使物料反弹，送料杆不需经常清洗，也不会影响计量精度，从而提升了包装机的运行速度和包装质量。

本发明涉及包装机械，具体是涉及一种包装用的加料装置。
技术背景
目前，固体、液体状物料的输送一般是依靠其自身的重量、重力自由落入到包装袋内，但对于酸菜、榨菜等粘稠类物料的输送仅靠其重量、重力流到包装袋内，其流速较慢，工作效率较低，且粘稠物料还容易粘附在输送容器或输送杆上，其计量精度也难以控制，处理也较为繁琐，从而影响了包装机的运行速度和包装质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足，而提供一种能将粘稠类物料顺利送出而不会造成粘附的粘稠物料加料装置。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现：粘稠物料加料装置，包括气缸，所述气缸上连有送料杆，该送料杆外装有定套，该送料杆内设有吹气通道并具有吹气口，所述送料杆的吹气通道外接进气管。
采用本发明后，通过气缸动作而带动送料杆运动。同时正压气源通过进气管进入送料杆的吹气通道并经其吹气口吹出，使送料杆与粘稠类物料之间形成气流而将粘稠物料快速、顺利送入包装袋，避免其粘附在送料杆上使物料反弹。该送料杆不需要经常清洗，也不会影响计量精度，从而提升了包装机的运行速度和包装质量。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2所示，本发明应用于给袋式包装机的粘稠物料加料装置，包括气缸5，所述气缸5上连有送料杆7，该送料杆7外装有定套14(以使送料杆稳定工作)，该送料杆7内设有吹气通道18并具有吹气口19，所述送料杆7的吹气通道18外接进气管17。
其中，所述进气管17与空压机相接；气缸5通过台板6装在该给袋式包装机的送料装置(包括电机1、料筒2、螺杆3、螺杆套4)的料筒2与螺杆套4之间上；送料杆7之下正对着该给袋式包装机的量杯9，该量杯9则通过衬套15处于该给袋式包装机的上转盘8与中转盘16之间上、并对着下定盘10的出料口11。为了调节加料的深度、长度，在所述气缸5的尾部上装有锁紧螺母13和滚花螺母12的组合件，通过锁紧螺母和滚花螺母的旋转调节松紧来控制气缸的活塞杆的伸缩度。
本发明的工作原理是：料筒2内的粘稠类物料通过螺杆3、螺杆套4由电机1带动压入量杯9内，上转盘8和中转盘16分别由机械传动装置带动旋转。当装有粘稠类物料的量杯9转到下定盘10的出料口11时，气缸5动作而带动送料杆向下运动。同时开通空压机正压气源，正压气源通过进气管17进入送料杆的吹气通道18并经其吹气口19吹出，使送料杆与粘稠类物料之间形成气流而将粘稠物料快速、顺利送入包装袋，避免其粘附在送料杆上使物料反弹。

1.粘稠物料加料装置，其特征在于：包括气缸(5)，所述气缸(5)上连有送料杆(7)，该送料杆(7)外装有定套(14)，该送料杆(7)内设有吹气通道(18)并具有吹气口(19)，所述送料杆(7)的吹气通道(18)外接进气管(17)。
2.如权利要求1所述的粘稠物料加料装置，其特征在于：在所述气缸(5)的尾部上装有锁紧螺母(13)和滚花螺母(12)的组合件。
