一种废油多级气力过滤回收装置，包括可开闭的进油口、储油箱、进气管、过滤器、过滤器进油管、连接管、出油管，其特征在于过滤器进油管（1）、可开闭的进油口（3）、进气管（4）均固结在储油箱（2）顶部且均与储油箱（2）内腔相通，进气管（4）另一端与压缩气体管道相连，一级过滤器（5）内腔装有滤芯（15），二级过滤器内腔分为外油腔（17）、内油腔（20），过滤器进油管（1）上端与一级过滤器（5）底部孔（11）固结，连接管（6）一端与一级过滤器（5）顶部孔（13）固结、另一端与二级过滤器（7）顶部孔（18）固结，出油管（8）一端与二级过滤器（7）顶部开孔（19）固结，另一端朝向盛油桶（10）。

本实用新型公开了一种废油回收装置，具体的为一种废油多级气力过滤回收装置，属于节能环保技术领域。
背景技术
在当今工业化飞速发展的时代，每天都会产生很多工业废油，废油回收的方法很多，但均存在结构复杂，使用成本较高。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术中的不足，皆在提供结构简单，使用成本较低的一种废油多级气力过滤回收装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是以下述方式实现的：一种废油多级气力过滤回收装置，包括可开闭的进油口、储油箱、进气管、过滤器、过滤器进油管、连接管、出油管，其特征在于过滤器进油管（1）、可开闭的进油口（3）、进气管（4）均固结在储油箱（2）顶部且均与储油箱（2）内腔相通，进气管（4）另一端与压缩气体管道相连，一级过滤器（5）内腔装有滤芯（15）、将一级过滤器内腔分为外油腔（12）、内油腔（14），一级过滤器（5）底部开有孔（11）且与外油腔（12）相通，顶部开有孔（13）且与内油腔（14）相通，二级过滤器（7）内腔装有滤芯（16）、将二级过滤器内腔分为外油腔（17）、内油腔（20），二级过滤器（7）顶部开有孔（18）、（19）且分别与外油腔（17）、内油腔（20）相通，过滤器进油管（1）上端与一级过滤器（5）底部孔（11）固结，连接管（6）一端与一级过滤器（5）顶部孔（13）固结、另一端与二级过滤器（7）顶部孔（18）固结，出油管（8）一端与二级过滤器（7）顶部开孔（19）固结，另一端朝向盛油桶（10）。

具体实施方式
 参照图1，一级过滤器（5）、二级过滤器（7）通过连接座（9）与储油箱（2）顶部固结。
 参照图2、3，工业废油通过可开闭的进油口（3）注入储油箱（2）内，使油面达到一定高度后关闭可开闭的进油口（3），接通压缩气体通过进气管（4）充入储油箱（2）内，储油箱（2）内的废油在压缩气体的作用下，沿一级过滤器进油管（1）进入一级过滤器外油腔（12），通过滤芯（15）进入内油腔（14），通过中间连接管（6）流入二级过滤器外油腔（17），通过滤芯（16）进入内油腔（20），这样废油经过多级过滤后满足使用要求的工业油通过出油管（8）流入盛油桶（10）。
 本实施方式不局限于二级过滤，根据油质使用要求可进行多级过滤。
 本实用新型能很好地使废油经过多级过滤后再次利用，其结构简单，使用费低，可产生较大的经济效益和社会效益，是值得推广使用的一种废油多级气力过滤回收装置。 

Claims (4)

1.一种废油多级气力过滤回收装置，包括可开闭的进油口、储油箱、进气管、过滤器、过滤器进油管、连接管、出油管，其特征在于过滤器进油管（1）、可开闭的进油口（3）、进气管（4）均固结在储油箱（2）顶部且均与储油箱（2）内腔相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废油多级气力过滤回收装置，进气管（4）另一端与压缩气体管道相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种废油多级气力过滤回收装置，一级过滤器（5）内腔装有滤芯（15），二级过滤器（7）内腔装有滤芯（16）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种废油多级气力过滤回收装置，过滤器进油管（1）上端与一级过滤器（5）底部孔（11）固结，连接管（6）一端与一级过滤器（5）顶部孔（13）固结、另一端与二级过滤器（7）顶部孔（18）固结，出油管（8）一端与二级过滤器（7）顶部孔（19）固结。
