本实用新型涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种以真空绝热板为保温材料的真空绝热板夹心墙。
背景技术
空腔墙最早出现在古希腊和古罗马的建筑中,1850年,金属连接件被应用于该复合墙体中。19世纪后期,空腔墙出现在美国,但直到1937年,这种墙体才被官方和相关组织机构所认可。
空腔墙是指在墙体中预留连续空腔,在空腔内填充保温或隔热材料,并在墙的内叶和外叶之间用防锈的金属拉结件连接形成的墙体。
现有的夹心墙体一般填充的材料为苯板和挤塑板,厚度都比较的厚。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种真空绝热板夹心墙。
本实用新型是通过下列技术方案来实现的:
一种真空绝热板夹心墙,包括外墙体、内墙体、金属连接件和真空绝热板;其中:所述外墙体与内墙体之间形成连续空腔,所述连续空腔由若干个真空绝热板填充,真空绝热板之间通过金属连接件进行分隔,所述金属连接件的两端分别连接外墙体和内墙体。
所述真空绝热板包括芯材和真空保护层,真空保护层密封于芯材外部;所述芯材可为玻璃纤维棉或者二氧化硅;真空绝热板的厚度为8~50mm。
所述外墙体和内墙体,可以保护真空绝热板,夹心墙的厚度为60~300mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型在与现有夹心墙保温性能相同的情况下,因真空绝热板的保温效果为苯板的8倍,挤塑板的5倍,因此本实用新型夹心墙的厚度大大减小。
2、本实用新型在夹心墙的腔内采用真空绝热板进行填充,真空绝热板不易损坏,且实现了保温、防火的良好结合。

如图1-2所示,真空绝热板夹心墙包括外墙体1、内墙体2、金属连接件4和真空绝热板3;其中:所述外墙体1与内墙体2之间形成连续空腔,所述连续空腔由若干个真空绝热板3填充,真空绝热板3之间通过金属连接件4进行分隔,所述金属连接件4的两端分别连接外墙体1和内墙体2。
所述真空绝热板3包括芯材和真空保护层,真空保护层密封于芯材外部;真空绝热板3的厚度为8~50mm。所述外墙体和内墙体,可以保护真空绝热板,夹心墙的厚度为60~300mm。
