Abstract
一种加热保温管节能保温房,包括保温房本体和安装在保温房本体上方的中央空调,所述的保温房本体的墙壁结构包括两层单砌砖墙及其中间的保温层,保温层的结构包括与两层砖墙贴粘的塑料壁及两层塑料壁间的真空绝热板,真空绝热板与两层塑料壁间用聚氨酯发泡层进行填充。本发明主要以改善保温房墙壁结构来提高保温效果,通过中央空调间断性加热提高保温房内温度,然后保温效果好的墙壁减弱热源外泄,维持保温管生产所需温度,减少能源的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温管生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种加热保温管节能保温房。
背景技术
保温管主要由内层工作钢管,外层高密度聚乙烯外护管以及工作钢管与外护管间的聚氨酯保温层,保温管的生产过程中一步或多步需要对其加热保温,但是保温管一般都较大,占地面积较广,为其加热的保温房耗能严重,尤其是在北方,与外界气候相差太大,一般传统的实心砖墙砌成的保温房保温性能较差,维持保温管生产所需的温度耗能大,且维持温度能力不足,造成热源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题提供一种加热保温管节能保温房。
本发明所采取的技术方案:
一种加热保温管节能保温房,包括保温房本体和安装在保温房本体上方的中央空调,所述的保温房本体的墙壁结构包括两层单砌砖墙及其中间的保温层,保温层的结构包括与两层砖墙贴粘的塑料壁及两层塑料壁间的真空绝热板,真空绝热板与两层塑料壁间用聚氨酯发泡层进行填充。
所述的真空绝热板的芯材为超细无机纤维,并在其中添加高效气体吸附剂,外侧为支撑作用的复合铝膜。
本发明的有益效果:本发明主要以改善保温房墙壁结构来提高保温效果,通过中央空调间断性加热提高保温房内温度,然后保温效果好的墙壁减弱热源外泄,维持保温管生产所需温度,减少能源的浪费。

具体实施方式
一种加热保温管节能保温房,包括保温房本体和安装在保温房本体上方的中央空调,所述的保温房本体的墙壁结构包括两层单砌的砖墙1及其中间的保温层,保温层的结构包括与两层砖墙1贴粘的塑料壁2及两层塑料壁2间的真空绝热板,真空绝热板与两层塑料壁2间用聚氨酯发泡层3进行填充。
所述的真空绝热板的芯材为超细无机纤维4,并在其中添加高效气体吸附剂,外侧为支撑作用的复合铝膜5。
通过中央空调对保温房加热,由于保温房的墙壁保温效果好,间歇性的加热保持保温管生产所需的温度,节约能源。

1.一种加热保温管节能保温房,其特征在于,包括保温房本体和安装在保温房本体上方的中央空调,所述的保温房本体的墙壁结构包括两层单砌的砖墙(1)及其中间的保温层,保温层的结构包括与两层砖墙(1)贴粘的塑料壁(2)及两层塑料壁(2)间的真空绝热板,真空绝热板与两层塑料壁(2)间用聚氨酯发泡层(3)进行填充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热保温管节能保温房,其特征在于,所述的真空绝热板的芯材为超细无机纤维(4),并在其中添加高效气体吸附剂,外侧为支撑作用的复合铝膜(5)。
