本发明属于建筑保温装饰材料领域,具体地说涉及一种复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板外墙外保温系统。包括以基层墙体为底的由里而外依次固定连接的找平层、粘结砂浆层、复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,并用专用托挂锚固件进行锚固,装饰一体板之间的缝隙由合适的嵌缝材料所填充。该保温系统的锚固操作主要依靠射钉枪等机械工具一次完成,可减少人为操作因素,方便施工、安全牢固,同时该保温系统保温装饰性能好又能满足现行国家防火规范的要求和建筑节能75%设计标准要求。

Description

一种复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板外墙外保温系统
技术领域
本发明属于建筑保温装饰材料领域,具体地说涉及一种复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板外墙外保温系统。
背景技术
随着我国对建筑节能的重视,外墙外保温技术的发展甚为迅速,不断涌现出具有新特点、新功能的产品,如膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统、岩棉板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统、硬泡聚氨酯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统等,这些保温系统在建筑节能方面起到了广泛、有效的作用。但是,其施工过程中需要将锚固钉穿过保温板,固定于基层墙体。其安装过程需要冲击钻打孔、放置塑料套管、拧紧膨胀螺钉等繁琐工序,高空作业工作量大,往往会造成施工安装操作不到位,导致锚固不可靠存在安全隐患,导致外墙外保温板脱落的事故时有发生。而且,通常的有机板类外墙外保温系统往往不能满足现行国家防火规范的要求,无机板类外墙外保温系统往往不能满足现行建筑节能75%设计标准要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板外墙外保温系统,该保温系统利用专用托挂锚固件嵌入固定复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板并将专用托挂锚固件直接锚固于基层墙体,锚固操作主要依靠射钉枪等机械工具一次完成,可减少人为操作因素,方便施工、安全牢固,同时该保温系统保温装饰性能好又能满足现行国家防火规范的要求和建筑节能75%设计标准要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板外墙外保温系统,包括以基层墙体为底的由里而外依次固定连接的找平层、粘结砂浆层、复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,并用专用托挂锚固件进行锚固,装饰一体板之间的缝隙由合适的嵌缝材料所填充。所述的找平层是在基层墙体表面用聚合物水泥砂浆找平,厚度为10~15mm;所述的粘结砂浆层用于粘贴复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,粘贴面积应不小于40%,厚度为0.5~3mm;所述的复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板是由内侧玻纤网布增强聚合物水泥胶浆层3~5mm、芯层的真空绝热板10~25mm和外侧的无机装饰面板6~12mm构成的复合夹芯构件,由工厂化生产;为了便于专用锚固件嵌入固定复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,在无机装饰面板的四个侧面开槽,开槽方向平行于无机装饰面板板面,开槽深度和宽度与专用托挂锚固件嵌入尺寸相匹配;所述的专用托挂锚固件是用于嵌入固定复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,然后用射钉枪射钉或锚固钉将专用托挂锚固件直接锚固于基层墙体上;专用托挂锚固件在上下相邻装饰一体板之间设置的个数不少于2个,左右相邻装饰一体板之间设置的个数依据装饰一体板宽度决定,当宽度较大时,可适当设置1~2个。
本发明涉及的复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板外墙外保温系统制备的具体工艺步骤为:
1.基层墙体找平:用水将基层墙体浇透浇匀,清除基层墙体表面的灰尘、污垢、碱膜、砂浆块等附着物,对于过于光滑的混凝土墙面,采用108胶水均匀粉刷基层墙体;聚合物水泥砂浆由普通硅酸盐水泥、中细沙、胶、水按一定比例复配而成。利用配制好的聚合物水泥砂浆在基层墙体表面找平,厚度为10~15mm。
2.粘结砂浆:以水泥、石膏、砂、胶、水按一定比例混合制备成粘结砂浆。用于粘贴复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,粘贴面积应不小于40%,厚度为0.5~3mm。
3.复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板的粘贴锚固:将复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板通过粘结砂浆粘贴于找平层,同时将专用托挂锚固件嵌入固定复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,然后用射钉枪射钉或锚固钉将专用托挂锚固件直接锚固于基层墙体上。
4.缝隙填充:复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板之间的缝隙由合适的嵌缝材料填充。
本发明与现有技术相比,该保温系统利用专用托挂锚固件嵌入固定复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板并将专用托挂锚固件直接锚固于基层墙体,锚固操作主要依靠射钉枪等机械工具一次完成,可减少人为操作因素,方便施工、安全牢固,同时该保温系统保温装饰性能好又能满足现行国家防火规范的要求和建筑节能75%设计标准要求。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板外墙外保温系统,包括以①基层墙体为底的由里而外依次固定连接的②找平层、③粘结砂浆层、④复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,并用⑤专用托挂锚固件进行锚固,⑥装饰一体板之间的缝隙由合适的嵌缝材料所填充。所述的找平层是在基层墙体表面用聚合物水泥砂浆找平,厚度为10~15mm;所述的粘结砂浆层用于粘贴复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,粘贴面积应不小于40%,厚度为0.5~3mm;所述的复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板是由⑦内侧玻纤网布增强聚合物水泥胶浆层3~5mm、芯层的⑧真空绝热板10~25mm和外侧的⑨无机装饰面板6~12mm构成的复合夹芯构件,由工厂化生产;为了便于专用锚固件嵌入固定复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,在无机装饰面板的四个侧面开槽,开槽方向平行于无机装饰面板板面,开槽深度和宽度与专用托挂锚固件嵌入尺寸相匹配;所述的专用托挂锚固件是用于嵌入固定复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,然后用射钉枪射钉或锚固钉将专用托挂锚固件直接锚固于基层墙体上;专用托挂锚固件在上下相邻装饰一体板之间设置的个数不少于2个,左右相邻装饰一体板之间设置的个数依据装饰一体板宽度决定,当宽度较大时,可适当设置1~2个。

4.缝隙填充:复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板之间的缝隙由合适的嵌缝材料填充。

1.一种复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板外墙外保温系统,其特征在于,以基层墙体为底的由里而外依次固定连接的找平层、粘结砂浆层、复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,并用专用托挂锚固件进行锚固,装饰一体板之间的缝隙由合适的嵌缝材料所填充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板外墙外保温系统,其特征在于,施工过程中将复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板通过粘结砂浆粘贴于找平层,同时将专用托挂锚固件嵌入固定复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板,然后用射钉枪射钉或锚固钉将专用托挂锚固件直接锚固于基层墙体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合夹芯真空绝热装饰一体板外墙外保温系统,其特征在于,专用托挂锚固件在上下相邻装饰一体板之间设置的个数不少于2个,左右相邻装饰一体板之间设置的个数依据装饰一体板宽度决定,当宽度较大时,可适当设置1~2个。
