本实用新型涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种聚氨酯真空绝热夹心板,具有上面板和下面板,上面板和下面板之间浇注有聚氨酯层,聚氨酯层上设置有用于板与板之间连接的连接件,聚氨酯层为两层,两层聚氨酯层之间设置有真空绝热板,真空绝热板的厚度为8mm~35mm。本实用新型由于板内埋有真空绝热板,其具有极低的导热系数,使得保温性能好,且保温层厚度较薄、体积小、重量轻,便于组装尤其适用于节能要求高、超低温工况下保温的场合。

本实用新型涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种聚氨酯真空绝热夹心板,主要用于冷库行业。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对物质生活的追求也越来越高,在食品冷冻中对温度在-55℃~-60℃等的超低温库出现了要求。目前常规的超低温库的做法是库中套库,一味的将保温层加厚,其容易受到条件的限制,而且不能从根本上解决问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述存在的缺点与不足,提供一种聚氨酯真空绝热夹心板,由于真空绝热板是真空保护层内填充芯材,抽真空后在热封而成的一种板材,有效地避免空气对流传热,使得导热系数大幅度降低。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种聚氨酯真空绝热夹心板,具有上面板和下面板,上面板和下面板之间浇注有聚氨酯层,聚氨酯层上设置有用于板与板之间连接的连接件,聚氨酯层为两层,两层聚氨酯层之间设置有真空绝热板。将本板通过连接件进行拼接,形成冷库,实现保温功能。
所述的真空绝热板的厚度为8mm~35mm,真空绝热板是真空保护表层内填充芯材,抽真空后再热封而成的一种板材,有效地避免空气对流传热,使得热导系数大幅度降低,达到了保温的效果,而且节约材料、成本。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的聚氨酯真空绝热夹心板,由于板内埋有真空绝热板,其具有极低的导热系数,使得保温性能好,且保温层厚度较薄、体积小、重量轻,便于组装,尤其适用于节能要求高、超低温工况下保温的场合。

如图1所示的最佳实施方式的聚氨酯真空绝热夹心板,具有上面板1和下面板2,上面板1和下面板2之间浇注有聚氨酯层3,聚氨酯层3上设置有用于板与板之间连接的连接件4,聚氨酯层3为两层,两层聚氨酯层3之间设置有真空绝热板5,真空绝热板5的厚度为8mm~35mm。
对于温度在-55℃~-60℃的超低温库,其整体厚度只需要200mm,而聚氨酯层3之间埋入的真空绝热板5的厚度为30mm,将板进行拼接形成保温库,这样使得保温性能最佳,而且节约材料。而此真空绝热板5的技术指标控制在使用温度为-170℃~~70℃,整体密度为240kg/m3~314kg/m3,导热系数为不大于0.004W/m·k,压缩强度为50Kpa~80Kpa。而且真空绝热板5的最大外形尺寸不大于2000mm×1000mm×35mm。

1.一种聚氨酯真空绝热夹心板,具有上面板(1)和下面板(2),上面板(1)和下面板(2)之间浇注有聚氨酯层(3),聚氨酯层(3)上设置有用于板与板之间连接的连接件(4),其特征在于:聚氨酯层(3)为两层,两层聚氨酯层(3)之间设置有真空绝热板(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯真空绝热夹心板,其特征在于:所述的真空绝热板(5)的厚度为8mm~35mm。
