本实用新型提供一种节能型冷库,包括库体和制冷机,其特征在于,库体的壳体由四层构成,最外层是一整体型方体壳,往内依次设有防水薄膜层、隔热泡沫塑料板层、金属保护层,制冷机的外机为全封闭的箱式结构,它挂在库体的外侧壁上。它的效果在于:1、节省能量,耗能低;2、噪声很小;3、占地面积小;4、使用寿命长。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种日常生活中用于制冷冷藏的装置,特别是一种小型的节能型冷库。
背景技术:现有用于冷饮批发部等商业零售的冷库,主要由冷库体和设在由冷库体外地面上的卧式半封闭活塞式制冷机的外机和设在冷库体内的冷风机组成。该种冷库在使用中存在的不足是:1、耗能较大,这主要在于冷库的壳体结构不好,为快速装配,冷库的壳体是由内设有保温层的组合板经铆接或铆接与粘接结合组成,该种壳体不仅较薄保温性能不是太好,而且用过一段时间,由于库体内外温差较大,组合板很容易变形并产生裂缝,使保温性能大幅下降,能耗增加;2、噪声较大,影响附近居民的生活,这在于制冷机是卧式半封闭活塞式制冷机组,该种制冷机噪声较大;3、占地面积较大,这因为不仅冷库体需要占有一定面积的地面,而且卧式半封闭活塞式制冷机组的安装也需要占有一定面积的地面,这使得店面的利用率降低;4、使用寿命短,这因为组合板容易损坏。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于,针对现有冷饮批发部等商业零售的冷库在使用中存在的不足,而提出一种能耗低、保温性能好、占地面积小、噪声低、使用寿命长的节能型冷库。
通过下述技术方案可实现本实用新型目的,一种节能型冷库,包括库体和制冷机组,其特征在于,库体的壳体由四层构成,最外层是一整体型方体壳,往内依次设有防水薄膜层、隔热泡沫塑料板层、金属保护层,制冷机的外机为全封闭的箱式结构,它挂在库体的外侧壁上。
防水薄膜层通过粘贴与整体型方体壳的内壁连接。
金属保护层通过螺钉固定在预设在整体型方体壳内壁上的木桩上。
本实用新型的效果在于:1、节省能量,这主要在于冷库的壳体最外层为一整体型方体壳,它解决了现有冷库壳体因由组合板组合而成,容易产生组合板变形并出现裂缝而导致能耗大幅增加的问题,另外,壳体由四层构成,保温防水等性能大为提高,也使得能量消耗降低;2、噪声很小,对附近居民的生活无影响,这在于制冷机的外机为涡旋压缩机,是一种低噪音全封闭的箱式结构,产生的噪声很小;3、占地面积小,这因为制冷机的外机为箱式结构,它可直接挂在库体的外侧壁上,不用占地面安装面积;4、使用寿命长,这因为冷库壳体的最外层的整体型方体壳可用钢筋混凝土浇筑,它不易损坏,结实耐用使用寿命长。

参见附图1、2,一种节能型冷库,它由库体1、制冷机外机2和制冷机冷风机3组成。库体1的侧壁设有库门4。库体1的壳体由四层构成,最外层是一整体型方体壳层11,往内依次设有防水薄膜层12、隔热泡沫塑料板层13、金属保护层14。制冷机外机2的压缩机为涡旋压缩机,其结构为全封闭的箱式结构,它挂在库体1的外侧壁上。防水薄膜层12通过粘贴与整体型方体壳层11内壁连接。金属保护层14通过螺钉固定在预设在整体型方体壳层11内壁上的木桩上。整体型方体壳层11用钢筋混凝土浇筑。

1.一种节能型冷库,包括库体和制冷机,其特征在于,库体的壳体由四层构成,最外层是一整体型方体壳,往内依次设有防水薄膜层、隔热泡沫塑料板层、金属保护层,制冷机的外机为全封闭的箱式结构,它挂在库体的外侧壁上。
2.按权利要求1所述的节能型冷库,其特征在于,防水薄膜层通过粘贴与整体型方体壳的内壁连接。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的节能型冷库,其特征在于,金属保护层通过螺钉固定在预设在整体型方体壳内壁上的木桩上。
