Abstract

本发明公开了一种节能环保的气调库,包括库体,在库体顶部及各外侧壁上分布有太阳能电池板,在库体内设有至少一套制冷机组,所述的制冷机组包括冷风机、制冷压缩泵,在库体外设有蓄电池,太阳能电池板与蓄电池相连,蓄电池连接冷风机与制冷压缩泵。本发明在冷库四周分布了太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板吸收能量并转换为电能存储到蓄电池中,由蓄电池给制冷机组进行供电,大大节约了成本,给企业减轻了经济负担。

本发明涉及冷库技术领域,特别涉及一种节能环保的气调库。
背景技术
果蔬的气调库贮藏是现今国际上最先进的贮藏方式。目前应用比较广泛,除要控制气调库内各气体的比例外,也要进行制冷,现在的制冷主要是靠市电进行,不够节能环保,企业的经济负担很重。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种节能环保、可为企业节省开支的气调库。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种节能环保的气调库,包括库体,在库体顶部及各外侧壁上分布有太阳能电池板,在库体内设有至少一套制冷机组,所述的制冷机组包括冷风机、制冷压缩泵,在库体外设有蓄电池,太阳能电池板与蓄电池相连,蓄电池连接冷风机与制冷压缩泵。
为了防止一套制冷机组出现问题不能进行制冷,作为优选,在库体内设有两套制冷机组。
采用了上述技术方案的本发明的原理及有益效果是:
本发明在冷库四周分布了太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板吸收能量并转换为电能存储到蓄电池中,由蓄电池给制冷机组进行供电,大大节约了成本,给企业减轻了经济负担。

本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例:一种节能环保的气调库,如图1所示,包括库体1,在库体1顶部及各外侧壁上分布有太阳能电池板2,在库体1内设有两套制冷机组,所述的制冷机组包括冷风机10、制冷压缩泵9,在库体1外设有蓄电池3,太阳能电池板2与蓄电池3相连,蓄电池3连接冷风机10与制冷压缩泵9。

1.一种节能环保的气调库,包括库体,其特征是:在库体顶部及各外侧壁上分布有太阳能电池板,在库体内设有至少一套制冷机组,所述的制冷机组包括冷风机、制冷压缩泵,在库体外设有蓄电池,太阳能电池板与蓄电池相连,蓄电池连接冷风机与制冷压缩泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保的气调库,其特征是:在库体内设有两套制冷机组。
