本实用新型公开了一种带彩色面层砌块主体与本色护壁材料夹芯复合保温砌块,其特点是由本色护壁材料、保温材料、带彩色面层的砌块主体复合而成;保温材料的每个大面上有若干个竖直燕尾槽,以便其与带彩色面层砌块主体和本色护壁材料拉结牢固;保温材料分别高出和长出高出本色护壁材料及带彩色面层的砌块主体约10mm(相当于一个灰缝的宽度)和约5mm(相当于半个灰缝的宽度);这样,若干个保温材料相互连接,就形成一个整体的保温隔热墙体,彻底地阻断了砌体冷桥,同时使砌筑的墙体外叶层具有彩色装饰性能。

背景技术
为了可持续发展,国家强制推行节能建筑,已由原来节能50%,提高到节能65%,普通混凝土砌块已无法满足65%的节能要求。必须研究开发多功能复合保温砌块。在混凝土砌块孔中内置保温材料,但有混凝土肋连接,形成混凝土冷桥,影响保温隔热性能。中国专利“彩色面层与本色砌块主体进行复合保温砌块”(201120024705.9),该种复合保温砌块是由本色砌块主体3、同时加工的保温板2和彩色面层1复合而成。彩色面层1作为外叶块体,与室外环境接触,本色砌块主体3作为内叶块体,与室内环境接触。该种砌块存在的问题是,由于作为外叶块体的彩色面层1的厚度仅仅不到35mm,他的蓄热能力小,也就是热容量小,热量容易集中,导致外叶块体的彩色面层1开裂严重,影响建筑物的保温效果和建筑物寿命。为此,实用新型试图从另外一种角度考虑,设计一种新型的保温装饰砌块,即一种带彩色面层砌块主体与本色护壁材料夹芯复合保温砌块,其特征在于:它是由本色护壁材料4、保温材料5、带彩色面层6砌块主体7复合而成;保温材料5的每个大面上均匀有若干个竖直燕尾槽8;保温材料5的长度要比本色护壁材料4和带彩色面层6的砌块主体7的长度长出10mm(相当于一个灰缝的宽度),即:两端各伸出约5mm(相当于半个灰缝的宽度)。保温材料5采用有机(如聚苯板等)保温材料,或者采用无机(泡沫混凝土)高效保温材料。

本实用新型的目的在于:克服上述中国专利“彩色面层与本色砌块主体进行复合保温砌块”(201120024705.9)存在的明显技术缺陷,提供一种带彩色面层砌块主体与本色护壁材料夹芯复合保温砌块。本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:带彩色面层砌块主体与本色护壁材料夹芯复合保温砌块,它是由本色护壁材料4、保温材料5、带彩色面层6砌块主体7复合而成;保温材料5的每个大面上均匀有若干个竖直燕尾槽8;保温材料5的长度要比本色护壁材料4和带彩色面层6的砌块主体7的长度长出10mm(相当于一个灰缝的宽度),即:两端各伸出约5mm(相当于半个灰缝的宽度)。保温材料5采用有机(如聚苯板等)保温材料,或者采用无机(泡沫混凝土)高效保温材料。

1.一种带彩色面层砌块主体与本色护壁材料夹芯复合保温砌块,其特征在于:它是由本色护壁材料(4)、保温材料(5)、带彩色面层(6)砌块主体(7)复合而成;保温材料(5)的每个大面上均匀有若干个竖直燕尾槽(8);保温材料(5)的长度要比本色护壁材料(4)和带彩色面层(6)的砌块主体(7)的长度长出10mm,即:两端各伸出约5mm。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带彩色面层砌块主体与本色护壁材料夹芯复合保温砌块,其特征在于:保温材料(5)采用有机保温材料,或者采用无机保温材料。
