本实用新型涉及一种机床的传动装置，具体涉及一种激光切割机交换工作台的传动装置。
背景技术
在激光切割机交换工作台的传动装置中，多采用链条传动并且在主动轮的斜下方安装一个小链轮用来张紧链条；与交换工作台间传动力的传递用的是金属块。此种传动装置的不足之处主要是：用金属块传递交换工作台时受力是滑动摩擦，这样容易损坏零部件，并且交换工作台的传递不平稳；采用小链轮来张紧链轮时安装也比较复杂，成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，安全可靠，传递平稳，适用于自动化程度高的激光切割机交换工作台的传动装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型有如下技术方案：
本实用新型的一种激光切割机交换工作台的传动装置，包括传动电机、链条托架、传动链条、轴承、链轮，传动电机通过联轴器与链轮连接，传动链条的一端安装在链轮上，在传动链条的上下部都安装有链条托架，轴承固定在链条上。
由于采取了以上技术方案，本实用新型的优点在于：
1、本实用新型采用的是轴承传递交换工作台，因其为滚动摩擦所以传动也比较平稳，结构紧奏简捷，体积小，制造与安装方便快捷，同时也降低了相应的维护和保养费用。
2、本实用新型的传动链条上下部都使用链条托架来使链条张紧，因而制造与安装方便，成本低，性价比高。

参见附图1，本实用新型公开了一种激光切割机交换工作台的传动装置，由链条托架1、传动链条2、轴承3、链轮4、传动电机5组成，传动电机通过联轴器与链轮4联接，传动链条2的一端安装在链轮4上，在传动链条2的上下部都安装有链条托架1；轴承3固定在链条2上，用于交换工作台传递力。因其为滚动摩擦所以传动也比较平稳。
本实用新型结构简单，精度高，安全可靠，使用寿命得以延长，同时，也降低了相应的维护和保养费用。
