背景技术
现有的移动滚轮式浇铸机的脱模处，由于铁水冷却速度慢，导致脱模困难，研制一种脱模容易的工具迫在眉睫。
实用新型内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术存在的不足，提供了一种利用电磁振动器脱模的自动脱模装置，该装置脱模容易。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种自动脱模装置，包括电磁振荡器，电磁振荡器设置在浇铸机的脱模处。
所述电磁振荡器底部设置有减震器。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是：在浇铸机的临近脱模处增加电磁振动器，根据其工作原理对浇铸铁模底部进行振动，将铁块与铁模分离，利于脱模。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型一种自动脱模装置，包括电磁振荡器1，电磁振荡器1设置在浇铸机2的脱模处。
所述电磁振荡器1底部设置有减震器3。
本实用新型的工作原理：在浇铸机2的临近脱模处增加电磁振动器1，根据其工作机理对浇铸铁模底部进行振动，将铁块与铁模分离，利于脱模。
