本实用新型属于铝合金车轮制造领域,尤其是一种铝合金重载车轮液态模锻系统。
背景技术
目前,铝合金车轮制造是采用低压铸造生产铝合金车轮毛坯,而后机加工定型,最终完成,成本较高而且较为耗费原料。现在,逐步成熟的液态模锻技术是一种介于铸造和模锻之间的金属成型工艺,使注入模具型腔的金属液在高压下凝固成型,然后施加机械静压力,使处于熔融和半熔融的金属液体发生流动并凝固成型,且伴有小量塑性变形,从而获得毛坯或零件。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种铝合金重载车轮液态模锻系统,结构设计合理,加工效率高。
本实用新型解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种铝合金重载车轮液态模锻系统,包括铝水炉、机械手、液态模锻机、传动带、钻床、加热炉、车床以及钝化堆,其特征在于:所述液态模锻机、传动带、钻床、加热炉、车床以及钝化堆依次顺序设置并通过传动带连接,液态模锻机与传动带之间的一侧安装有用于抓取工件的机械手,液态模锻机的另一侧间隔安装一铝水炉,在液态模锻机与铝水炉之间安装有一用于区送原料铝水的机械手。
优选的,所述钻床与加热炉之间的传动带上安装有检测台。
优选的,所述车床与钝化堆之间的传动带之间安装有一产品质量检测台。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是:
1、本系统生产的铝合金车轮结果抗拉强度大于300MPa,屈服强度大于220MPa,延伸率大于7%。比低压铸造铝合金车轮的机械性能提高30-40%。
2、本系统生产的铝合金车轮重量比低压铸造车轮降低10-15%,比钢质车轮降低30-50%,减少原料使用,而且减轻车辆的整体质量,有助于提升动力性能。
3、本实用新型采用液态模锻机代替传统的低压铸造机完成铝合金车轮的成型,并且在设备之间采用传动生产线连接,系统结构设计合理,优化液态模锻的生产工艺,批量产品合格率达到95%以上,提升生产效率,降低生产成本,提高产品质量。

一种铝合金重载车轮液态模锻系统,包括铝水炉1、机械手2、液态模锻机3、传动带4、钻床8、加热炉7、车床6以及钝化堆5,如附图所示,液态模锻机、传动带、钻床、加热炉、车床以及钝化堆依次顺序设置并通过传动带连接,由于锻造完成给的铝合金车轮毛坯温度极高无法人工操作,液态模锻机与传动带之间的一侧安装有用于抓取工件的机械手,液态模锻机的另一侧间隔安装一铝水炉,在液态模锻机与铝水炉之间安装有一用于区送原料铝水的机械手。
所述钻床与加热炉之间的传动带上安装有检测台(图中未示出),及时剔除不合格产品,避免产品流入下一加工环节,节约成本,提高效率。
所述车床与钝化堆之间的传动带之间安装有一产品质量检测台(图中未示出),及时剔除不合格产品,避免产品流入下一加工环节,节约成本,提高效率。
本实施例的液压模锻机属于现有技术,在液压模锻机安装根据产品需要设计的专用车轮模具,本实用新型对车轮模具的结构未作详细说明。
