本实用新型发明在烧煤炉的炉心外装配三层筒状炉膛,外层炉膛下端设置进风通道及其调节装置,亦即风门,中层炉膛上端设置中间过风通道,内层炉膛下端设置内面过风通道,三层炉膛所构成的二道间隙连通炉膛内外,空气从外层炉膛下端进风通道进入,穿过间隙,通过炉桥,到达炉心之内。外层炉膛与中层炉膛之间隙上端装配1根圆环形集烟管,集烟管向内开孔,安若干根过烟管穿过中层炉膛通到炉膛之内,集烟管后头向外开孔,安1根导烟管穿过外层炉膛通到炉膛之外。本实用新型发明的三层炉膛迟滞热传播,由外向内进入的风从炉膛间隙中回收热量得到预热,从而节能;烟筒导烟,锅底与炉顶可相叠,阻止残焰尾气外泄,也可节能,且环保。

本实用新型发明属于烹调用的可节能的烧煤炉。 
背景技术
现有的烧煤炉不够保温,失热很多,浪费能源。 
发明内容
本实用新型发明的目的是提供一种可节能的烧煤炉。 
实现本实用新型发明目的的技术方案是:在烧煤炉的炉心外装配三层筒状炉膛,外层炉膛下端设置进风通道及其调节装置,亦即风门,中层炉膛上端设置中间过风通道,内层炉膛下端设置内面过风通道,三层炉膛所构成的二道间隙连通炉膛内外,空气从外层炉膛下端进风通道进入,穿过间隙,通过炉桥,到达炉心之内。中层炉膛底板设置出渣通道及其控置装置。内层炉膛和中层炉膛不以焊连接,而以定型隔热保温材料和不定型隔热保温材料铺垫固定内层炉膛底端,盖封内层炉膛与中层炉膛之间隙顶端。外层炉膛上端加大,外层炉膛与中层炉膛之间隙上端装配1根圆环形集烟管,集烟管向内开孔,安若干根过烟管穿过中层炉膛通到炉膛之内,过烟管口装配档火器,集烟管后头向外开孔,安1根导烟管穿过外层炉膛通到炉膛之外,于其末端另接1管往上延伸直至室外,或者往下延伸通向排烟装置。过烟管口装配挡火器,为比过烟管小能套入过烟管的管状,内安2层以上筛板,相邻筛板之孔洞互相错开而不对应。以各种金属为主要材料。 
本实用新型发明的三层炉膛迟滞热传播,由外向内进入的风从炉膛间隙中回收热量得到预热,从而节能;烟筒导烟,锅底与炉顶可相叠,阻止残焰尾气外泄,也可节能,且环保。

具体实施方式
实施例1:见图1。外层炉膛2直径30cm,高40cm,中层炉膛2直径26cm,高32cm,内层炉膛 2直径22cm,高24cm。三层炉膛2所构成的二道间隙宽为2cm。中层炉膛2底板与炉桥之间隙宽为2cm。外层炉膛2下端预先安装进风通道3。中层炉膛2上端预先开孔若干,以为中间过风通道4,底板预先安装出渣通道6。内层灶膛2下端预先开孔若干,以为内面过风通道5。将中层炉膛2置于外层炉膛2之中,以焊连接二者。将内层炉膛2坐入中层炉膛2之中,以定型隔热保温环圈加上不定型隔热保温泥浆铺垫固定内层炉膛2底端,盖封内层炉膛2与中层炉膛2之间隙顶端。将炉心1装配于内层炉膛2之中,在炉心1与内层炉膛2之间隙填充保温材料。内层炉膛2直径22cm,填料层比较厚。若要炉轻,可将内层炉膛2做成直径20cm,少用填料。如此则中层炉膛2和外层炉膛2直径相应减小2cm。 
实施例2:见图2。此形与实施例1不同的是,外层炉膛2上端加大,外层炉膛2与中层炉膛2之间隙上端装配1根圆环形集烟管7,集烟管7向内开孔,安若干根过烟管8穿过中层炉膛2通到炉膛2之内,过烟管8口装配挡火器,集烟管7后头向外开孔,安1根导烟管9通到炉膛2之外。挡火器可突出于过烟管8口,以不定型隔热保温泥浆敷于其周围。过烟管8应是前头多,而后头,尤其靠近导烟管9的位置少,也可是伸向炉膛2一端同等大,而伸向集烟管7一端后头的比前头的小,呈喇叭状,以使抽风平衡。集烟管7及导烟管9直径4cm左右,过烟管8直径2cm左右,预先安于中层炉膛2。

1.可节能的烧煤炉,一种烹调用烧煤炉,其特征是,在烧煤炉的炉心外装配三层筒状炉膛,外层炉膛下端设置进风通道及其调节装置,亦即风门,中层炉膛上端设置中间过风通道,内层炉膛下端设置内面过风通道,三层炉膛所构成的二道间隙连通炉膛内外,空气从外层炉膛下端进风通道进入,穿过间隙,通过炉桥,到达炉心之内。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的可节能的烧煤炉,其特征是,中层炉膛底板设置出渣通道及其控置装置。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的可节能的烧煤炉,其特征是,内层炉膛和中层炉膛不以焊连接,而以定型隔热保温材料和不定型隔热保温材料铺垫固定内层炉膛底端,盖封内层炉膛与中层炉膛之间隙顶端。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的可节能的烧煤炉,其特征是,外层炉膛上端加大,外层炉膛与中层炉膛之间隙上端装配1根圆环形集烟管,集烟管向内开孔,安若干根过烟管穿过中层炉膛通到炉膛之内,过烟管口装配档火器,集烟管后头向外开孔,安1根导烟管穿过外层炉膛通到炉膛之外,于其末端另接1管往上延伸直至室外,或者往下延伸通向排烟装置。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的可节能的烧煤炉,其特征是,过烟管口装配挡火器,为比过烟管小能套入过烟管的管状,内安2层以上筛板,相邻筛板之孔洞互相错开而不对应。
