【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种差速器,尤其涉及一种差速器壳体。 
【背景技术】
汽车差速器是驱动桥的主件。它的作用就是在向两边半轴传递动力的同时,允许两边半轴以不同的转速旋转,满足两边车轮尽可能以纯滚动的形式做不等距行驶,减少轮胎与地面的摩擦。 
为保证差速器内部的润滑和冷却,通常在差速器壳上设置油孔使冷却油进入差速器内部。如图1所示,一般的油孔1在差速器壳的法兰盘上沿着中心线方向设置,这种油孔1只能使冷却油进入差速器壳到达外部冷却油面平齐的位置,无法对整个差速器壳进行冷却润滑。 
【发明内容】
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种能够使冷却油进入整个差速器壳的差速器壳体冷却油孔结构。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种差速器壳体冷却油孔结构,所述冷却油孔开在差速器壳体上,并且贯穿差速器壳体内外,所述冷却油孔的中心线与所述法兰盘中心的线呈一夹角并指向差速器壳体的前进转动方向。 
进一步的,所述的夹角为45°。 
进一步的,所述冷却油孔的形状为圆柱形或圆锥形。 
本实用新型增大了冷却油孔内冷却油流向差速器壳体中心方向的作用力,增加了冷却油在差速器壳体内的充满程度,冷却润滑效果更好。

如图2和3所示,差速器壳体的法兰盘2上对称设置了四个贯穿差速器壳体内外的圆柱形冷却油孔3,冷却油孔3的中心线与法兰盘2的中心线的夹角为角a,并且冷却油孔3的中心线指向差速器壳体的前进转动方向。所述的角a为45°。
